The property was very nice and the location amazing. The kitchen was great and easy to use with all the amenities. We had a concern with the Internet but the management was able to solve that with a new modem.

Lovely location. Enjoyed causal mornings sitting with tea and coffee. Windy road up to rental but that’s how you get views.

Great working with VRA! Very responsive and proactive on the very minor issues we had. I appreciated the personal touches! Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay in CDA at this property. The location was amazing, the views over lake stunning, and the house itself is beautiful and tastefully appointed. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed to happily host a family of 12 with two little ones as well. Heaps of space, especially for games and the spa and pool table were a hit. 10/10 recommend and would love to come back!
5/26/2026
There was a group of 12 of us for a Memorial Day weekend golf trip. The home and property was beautiful and well maintained. It had a great layout for us and would work great for families as well.
5/10/2026
Perfect in every way. The house was gorgeous, amazing views, great location perfectly appointed! We were so comfortable and celebrated Mother’s Day and graduation in a great place!

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return! The home was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed. We loved the two dens and large screen TVs. The kitchen was especially well stocked, making it easy to prepare meals. The deck was a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view.Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home and beautiful view

The home is stunning, with lots of small touches. Loved using the kitchen, very easy with our big party. The bedrooms were set up beautifully for each couple to have their own private space.
We loved our time here, the sauna is a must!

We loved our stay at Skyview Perch. I ticked all of the boxes for our pre-Christmas friends and family get away. Thanks again. Will be back.
12/27/2025
This is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. Perfect for our Christmas trip!! It has a fully stocked kitchen with extras, more rooms than you need, a cool pool game room, plus the sauna and hot tub?? It was all amazing!! And do NOT forget about the views!!!! Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely beautiful home and surrounding area. Perfect for our family get together around the holidays. Felt at home in the best way possible. Would definitely like to stay here again.
11/30/2025
This house was perfect for our family! We visited around Thanksgiving and the house was even decorated for the holidays. We are already planning our next trip to this house and Coeur d’Alene.
10/6/2025
Kitchen setup was great! Our only negative is the road noise nearby when on deck.
8/31/2025
Would highly recommend! Had a great time staying here, the hosts were responsive and helpful during our stay. Great location and lots of space!
8/25/2025
Everything about our stay was wonderful. We had a large group and the house was perfect. Everyone had their own space, but also room for everyone to be together. The deck was the best. The views were beautiful and there was enough seating for everyone...even witnessed a meteor shower. We cooked most of our meals, and the kitchen was spacious and well stocked. The family loved the pool table and hot tub also.
8/21/2025
A wonderful home
8/17/2025
Wonderful time. House beautiful and well equipped. The non master suite on the main floor had a few ants in the bed.
7/20/2025
Great home and even better than the pictures! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, spices, etc. Check in was easy and we all appreciated the amenities (sauna, hot tub, and view). It is a bit of a drive up the hill so just be prepared but the house was perfect for our group and plenty of space!
6/9/2025
This was a perfect home for a family gathering. The beds were all really comfortable and the kids loved sleeping and playing in the loft. We spent lots of time on the deck around the large table and relaxing on the lounge chairs enjoying the gorgeous view. The activities like the hot tub, pool table, games etc. allowed everyone to do what they felt like. We shared meals done on the grill at the big dining room table and then played games there in the evening. The only thing we had to buy for our stay was the food. Everything else was provided. What more can I say? This was all we could have asked for.
5/22/2025
Very nice house and the views are stunning. The owners were very polite.
5/17/2025
Beautiful home with plenty of space for 6 people. Great view of the valley and partial lake. The neighborhood was very nice and peaceful. We were able to take a long weekend and decompress at this wonderful house. The house was spotless when we arrived, great amenities, and overall a very comfortable and spacious place to be. Would absolutely stay here again!
5/5/2025
The home is very beautiful and has everything you need for a large family.
The driveway is very deceiving in the pictures. It is very steep and hard for anybody with the walker or wheelchair to move around very easily outside. But we were able to back up to the garage and get them out and into the house easily. The surroundings were very beautiful and with turkeys and deer all over the place. Lots of stuff to do and not very far from the water or downtown. I’d highly recommend if you have a big family. The hot tub was very clean. The kids had the pool table to play and lots of games..

Upscale mountain lodge vibe with breathtaking views.
The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked.
There was plenty of space to spread out and relax.
The sauna was an unexpected treat, and the hot tub was a big hit!
All of our needs were met, and everything was perfectly clean.
We stayed with family, and it was perfect for all of us.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful mountainside retreat! The house had all of the amenities needed for a comfortable vacation with my family. In addition, the views were breathtaking. Thank you to the wonderful hosts!

Very nice place, as listed and the company was responsive to any questions
11/3/2024
Great house. Great location. Fantastic stay!
10/21/2024
Property was very clean, as described in listing, we had one minor issue that was taken care of the very next day. Beautiful area, sponsor was very responsive and always got back to me in person that day or a few hours after I contacted them with general questions. Would highly recommend, it is worth your vacation time and money.
10/7/2024
Beautiful home in such a beautiful setting. It was clean, kitchen was well stocked, making it easy to cook, and the amenities were all thoroughly enjoyed. Our large family had plenty of space to relax, eat meals, and have fun together. The view off the back deck is gorgeous and it was so nice to be in such a quiet setting and only a short drive to town and tons of trails for exploring! We hope to go back again!
10/3/2024
The house was perfect for our party of seven collegues/friends. We were able to host some "work" at the dining table, but also all have our own beds and have a lot of space to spread out and enjoy. We even had an epic nerf gun battle. The views are spectacular and this family home is really well maintained. Just a quick drive down the hill and all the Sherman Street and CDA has to offer is right there. Would absolutely recommend.
10/1/2024
I highly enjoyed our stay, this beautiful house provided enough room, comfort and also activity on the rare occasions when we weren’t out hiking. All of the rooms are nicely decorated and I just loved the different room decoration themes. I have never enjoyed an Air B&B as much as I have enjoyed this one. I thank you, we hope to stay again in the future.
Thanks again, Lisa Williams
9/1/2024
We stayed here for Labor Day weekend and feel very lucky to have found this hidden gem! Spent most of our time on the deck because the views of the lake and the surrounding areas were too good to miss out on! All in all we had a great experience here and would not hesitate to come back.
8/24/2024
Great place to stay for a large group of friends and family!
8/7/2024
We loved our week-long stay! There was plenty of room for the 10 of us to relax and unwind. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware, enabling us to have some home cooked meals. The hot tub was great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
7/30/2024
We were in town for a wedding and had a group of friends and family staying at this venue. It was so spacious and wonderful for a big group. Only caveat is that the loft is right over the kitchen so depending on who is sleeping up there, you may have to keep it quieter at night. The property was beauiful. We were there over the fourth of July and caught many different firework shows!
7/29/2024
Very comfortable for 8 adults without use of loft. Had everything needed for comfort and cooking. Enjoyed viewing deer/turkey in backyard with view of lake!
7/21/2024
This place was exactly what we needed, wanted, and thought we signed up for and MORE! It was beautiful inside and out! Lovely views, all the amenities you need/want. Fully stocked kitchen (We cooked for 13 people for a full week), lots of space for a group to not feel on top of one another, lots of seating for lounging and dinning (inside and out), bedrooms were great: spacious, great bathrooms and beds are large and very comfortable. We used every aspect this house offered and it was perfect! The street is at the top of the hill which offers great views but I wouldn't send younger kids down it on bikes and it's too far to walk to town or the water. Town/main street (Sherman) was an easy 10 min drive for dinning, shopping, the beach, park, etc. We would stay here again and absolutely recommend this home. Thank you for sharing your home with us for our family reunion/vacation. You helped us make wonderful memories in CDA.
7/12/2024
Sky view Perch, was everything it stated. So clean, Warm and inviting, and we all LOVED it. Easy check-in and out. BEAUTIFUL location. We were able to go and do all that we wanted from this location, from riding the Hiawatha trail, (this took us an hour to get to, but totally doable and worth it), to boating on the lake, taking a downtown stroll, with a trip to the ice cream parlor, and some shopping. We loved staying at the house as we played a pool table tournament, movies, and right down to a Phase 10 card tourney. We were able to be as busy as we wanted or relax in the home, enjoying the outside deck in the cool evenings, as much as we wanted. We will be back!!! Thank you for your hospitality!
6/20/2024
We loved this beautiful home! We stayed here with our family for our yearly family vacation and it met all of our needs from an infant to adults. The views were so beautiful. The home was clean and had everything we possibly needed. It had enough space for all of us to stay and really enjoy ourselves. Highly recommend this place to anyone and would look forward to returning.
5/8/2024
We loved the house! We had our space upstairs and our adult children took over the downstairs. We really enjoyed the view, neighborhood and the fireplaces!
4/24/2024
Great company to work with. Friendly and detailed. House was exactly as described. Thank you
4/9/2024
Wonderful stay and outstanding host. Better than expected. Spectacular home and extremely comfortable. Amazing views. Wish we could have stayed longer!
4/5/2024
We had a great time at the property. Very windy road up to the house but close to town and a beautiful view. The only downside was the traffic noise from I-90.
4/2/2024
The quality of this rental is of the highest tier. Our group likes to do a lot of cooking, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including sharp knives and decent bowls and cookware. The build quality of the rental is very good and you can see the quality of the work. The sauna, hot tub, and pool table were a nice touch. Our group of ten felt spoiled with the amount of space and the quiet neighborhood surrounding us. Likely one of the better rentals i've been in. I would very much recommend
2/12/2024
Loved the weekend to spend with family and friends. The kitchen is well stocked, so nice not purchase spices for a one-time use.
We certainly want to return!
1/21/2024
This place was perfect for a group of 14. The house was way nicer in person than it was in the pictures.
1/14/2024
Great overall. Wonderful kitchen set up and beautiful views. We have stayed twice, both in January and it’s worth noting the hot tub has a very hard time getting to an adequate degree and never got over 100 while we were there. Maintenance maintained it was the cold weather that the hot tub had a hard time getting to between 102-104. Never heard of this issue before even in freezing temps but maybe that’s the case. We also stayed in more average temps for winter and it still didn’t get up to a normal temp for a hot tub. Only disappointing part of our stay.
12/17/2023
Good for a large group of people
11/29/2023
This home is magical. The feeling inside is like home. It’s large yet livable. The views are amazing. Everything was thought of. The kitchen has every imaginable appliance, spice and cookware. Our kids loved the hot tub, our friends and family were comfortable and everyone had the best time. Highly recommend this home. Such a wonderful experience.
11/27/2023
Great place to stay and spend time with family.
10/15/2023
Incredible stay with the most beautiful views. Lots of space for our whole extended family, great place to reconnect and have fun. Central location to CDA downtown; but the road up the hill is long enough that you’ll want to make sure you don’t forget anything at the grocery store! Thanks for a wonderful stay - highly recc’d.
9/11/2023
What a beautiful home and setting! We were 4 couples and we had no complaints. Loved the bedroom layout with the private bathrooms. The deck was phenomenal as was the view. Would definitely come here again.
8/12/2023
Great time at your place. Guys golf trip and one we have done for 46 years. COL was a great place to visit and play golf.
Brandi and your entire team were responsive, courteous, and professional.
8/5/2023
Our group of buddies enjoyed our stay while playing golf in the Coeur D’Alene area. The house lived up to the billing and it was a very enjoyable stay!
7/30/2023
Great place with a great view. The kids didn’t want to go back home
7/7/2023
We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our stay at Skyview Perch! The location was great, close to downtown Coeur d’Alene. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was perfect to host our extended family. The common areas were roomy, the kitchen was furnished with everything we needed to cook, and the beds and pillows were super comfortable! Communication with the property management company was prompt and helpful. It was a wonderful stay!
6/25/2023
We had quite a group in town from DFW to celebrate my Dad’s 70th bday. There was more than enough room and space for us to spread out. We loved using the hot tub each afternoon. Easy to get into town! Loved our stay!
4/30/2023
We had a group of 6 guys for our annual golf trip. The house was very comfortable, and clean with an awesome view and a great location for a golf weekend.
2/25/2023
Amazing place! Would visit again!
2/18/2023
The home is gorgeous. This was my second stay and just as last time it didn’t disappoint. The view from the porch and hot tub are fantastic. It’s in a good location and within driving distance of at least three great mountains to ski. Our group had an excellent experience.
11/28/2022
We are so grateful to have rented SkyView Perch for our family Thanksgiving getaway. We stayed here very comfortably with 10 adults and we were able to cook a full holiday meal in the kitchen. We played games and built puzzles on the high top square table that seats 8. The views are incredible with colorful sunrises over Lake Coeur d’Alene and the house is beautiful, just as advertised. The instructions were easy and the communication was great. We went to downtown Coeur d’Alene and also the opposite direction to Wolf Lodge in just a few minutes. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the family for opening their home.
10/18/2022
Can’t thank you enough! The house was amazing, the views were spectacular and there was plenty of fun packed all in the house. From the pool table to the hot tub to the huge private patio overlooking the Idaho Mountains and Lake Coeur d’Alene. The large open floor plan keeps everyone together. Thanks again can’t wait to stay again!!
10/6/2022
Stayed at this property for 5 days on a guys golf trip. Accommodations were very nice the the location was convenient. Will definitely consider this property again in the future.
9/26/2022
The home, the location, the drive - all beautiful! We couldn't have asked for more - it's truly a gem and somewhere we'd stay again in a heartbeat!
9/5/2022
This place was the perfect spot for our large group. The patio was spectacular. It was clean and had the basics any rental should have! Host was very accommodating when our van broke down right at check out.
8/23/2022
Property was awesome. Beautiful area and surroundings. We have booked several times with VRBO and it has been an easy process every time. Thank you.
8/14/2022
We had such a good time in this beautiful home. It overlooked the lake and the scenery was tranquil. Close to downtown coeur d’alene and all the activities.
7/24/2022
This house was perfect for our family vacation (6 adults and 5 kids). It is beautiful, spacious, well-maintained and well-furnished. We enjoyed spending time on the large deck and had pleasant evenings in the hot tub. It is a quick and easy drive into CDA.
The hot tub needed maintenance when we arrived. The management company was excellent and responded to our maintenance request the next day.
I would highly recommend this property.
7/7/2022
This is a wonderful house that met all of our expectations and allowed us to be with and focus on family. The set up of bedrooms and beds made for privacy and group activities through the entire week. Thank you for the opportunity to have our entire family back in CdA and all together!
6/20/2022
Beautiful home with just about about anything & everything you need for a great family gathering. House was very comfortable & well maintained with plenty of space & amenities for everyone.
6/11/2022
House was even better in person than in the pictures which is hard to believe. The location of the home was secluded yet still very close to the downtown area which made for the best of both worlds in Coeur d’Alene. The host was also extremely accommodating and provided great communication throughout the process. Very thankful to have found this residence which allowed for a wonderful weekend! Would recommend ten times out of ten.
6/5/2022
Beautiful house and location! Loved the hot tub, sauna, pool table and dart board.
5/30/2022
This is a beautiful and well built home with beautiful views of Lake Coeur d' Alene through the majestic evergreen trees! The house accommodates a large group well in the way the rooms are laid out and we had a very comfortable stay for our group of seven. Being only 10 minutes drive from downtown CDA was ideal. Having a hot tub and pool table provided an extra bonus. The only draw back for this property is the noise from Hwy. I-90 which is a constant humming noise. It wasn't loud enough to be a deal breaker for me but it did bother my elderly mother who wears hearing aides. I would highly recommend this Airbnb!
5/8/2022
Incredible home. Great hosts and wonderfully equipped. We especially appreciated the wonderfully prepared kitchen. What a blessing for all of us!
3/26/2022
Excellent home for a family gathering or multiple families!
Close to all the fun and entertainment in CDA, ID!
Will be back for sure!

Great place, great location, plenty of condiments, I would love to stay again
2/6/2022
Spacious clean house. Cannot beat the views from the deck!
10/23/2021
Beautiful house! Plenty of space for everyone and great views. The sauna was a bit finicky and we weren't able to have campfires, but not much else to complain about. Vacation Rental was very responsive and answered our questions so quickly!
10/3/2021
Beautiful home. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable furnishings. Perfect for our group of 8. Road noise from the interstate (miles away) was unfortunate.
9/27/2021
Beautiful view and perfect for our girl’s weekend getaway. Beds were decent, house was super clean and just as described. The incredibly well stocked kitchen was perfect for making dinners in.
9/3/2021
This is a terrific house for large groups!! There is plenty of space to be together and also to spread out. There were eleven of us and we never felt cramped. We enjoyed the upstairs and downstairs living rooms and had fun with the pool table. The outdoor deck was incredible and plenty big for all of us to be out there.
The house is super quality in the furnishings and is very well equipped with any appliance you would need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen also has the largest selection of spices I’ve ever seen in a rental home. We cooked for all of us on four of the seven nights we were there and the kitchen had everything we needed.
The location is perfect to enjoy the whole area. We rode the Coeur d’Alene trail three days, rode the Hiawatha trail one day and spent an afternoon/evening at Silver Mountain. Everything was a relatively short drive away. It is also an easy 10 minutes to pop down into downtown CdA for shopping, dinner or to visit the lake.
I would highly recommend this house.

Exceptional home for our large group. It was very well equipped and the basement was a nice cool space to relax during the unexpected heat wave. And the views! Can’t beat them. Highly recommend.
4/10/2021
This house had all you needed. We had 4 adults and 7 kids and there was ample space. Would stay here again!!
3/27/2021
What a wonderful Airbnb. This beautiful home offers the perfect view of the area. The home was large, immaculately clean and allowed us to join our family dinners in the open great room, complete with large fireplace and plenty of seating and a kitchen we could all cook and socialize in. We enjoyed the family of deer and flock of turkey that make their home of Potlatch mountain as well. Thank you for allowing us to stay and enjoy our time together.
12/26/2020
Very beautiful house with lovely view. Kitchen was very well appointed with plenty of “tools”. Would definitely return!
12/21/2020
We stayed at the house in early December and it was a dream! Waking up to frosted over pine trees and deer eating right behind the house every morning was such a dream. We had a group of 6 adults (3 couples) and 7 kids. The house accommodated us perfectly, we could have even added another couple. Each couple had their own rooms and bathroom which is awesome and then the kids loved sleeping up in the loft. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Was a very short trip to downtown but we mostly stayed home and enjoyed time by the fire. We used Fred Meyer grocery delivery service so we literally never had to leave. We stayed a week which did not seem long enough, we are for sure planning on staying at this property again in the future.
12/13/2020
Fantastic in all areas. Beautiful home and unbelievable views. Very comfortable.
11/2/2020
This is an amazing home! Our family loved every minute of playing, eating and relaxing! I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a 'one stop shop' to vacation in safety and luxury!
10/29/2020
We had an amazing time. The house is beautiful and all the rooms and beds are very comfy and roomy. Loved it.
10/10/2020
My family and I enjoyed this house, its many amenities, and the view from he back deck. We all felt very fortunate to be able to stay here. This was a big weekend for us and the house helped to make it very special. The owner and the rental folks do an outstanding job with this property and were very responsive when we had questions. We had a GREAT experience.
8/1/2020
Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with my friends and I. 10 adults & 2 babies and there was plenty of space. House was clean with adorable decorating and the most beautiful view. We spent most our time hanging out on the balcony, enjoying the view and looking at wildlife. And just a quick drive to all CDA has to offer! We loved our stay! Thank you!
7/28/2020
This house is beyond incredible! If you’re looking for a great view, lots of space and some fun features like the pool table and fire pit. It was super quiet and very private. We had family from the Midwest in and this was just a lovely home to spend time with 4 families! We would recommend this rental anytime!! Don’t pass it up- the cost is worth it!!
2/17/2020
The house was very nice and clean. The upstairs deck latch gave us some issues but we survived it:) Also the first time we used the master shower there was a moldy smell but we found the lysol and sprayed it after each use to keep the shower clean. Other than that it was an amazing experience. Thank you.
9/5/2019
Home was very comfortable and exactly as pictured. The location was great for easy access to the interstate and downtown CDA. Was just what we needed!
8/21/2019
Lots of room, very clean, close to town, beautiful setting......
My friends and I had a really good time together. We would consider returning.
8/17/2019
Our 4 families of 11 people total just left CDA today and had a wonderful time at Skyview Perch. At first, I wasn’t crazy about the curvy drive up the mountain but got use to it pretty quickly. So nice to have that view of Lake CDA. I thought you could see both lakes from the house but only CDA can be seen, not Lake Fernan. We enjoyed seeing the deer and turkeys on the roadside on our drive up the hill. We all agreed that the only drawback to the property is the sound of the interstate at the base of the mountain which is directly behind the house. Personally I got used to it fairly quickly as it was a trade off to be so close to everything with a great view.
7/23/2019
Thank you so much for allowing my family to stay in a gorgeous home, and turns out, the wedding venue for our niece was just down the hill, awesome!
The views from the property were simply stunning.
7/20/2019
This home and the view is absolutely gorgeous and breathtaking! If you are looking for some rest and relaxing this is definitely the home for that. My entire family loved this home and the amazing views.
7/9/2019
The house was perfect and our family enjoyed staying there immensely. The only negative was the truck noise from the interstate (maybe you will have that fixed before we stay there again, ha). We had three families for a mini reunion and everyone had plenty of space. Very positive feed-back from all. The house was lovely.
7/1/2019
Gorgeous home with spectacular views. Great layout & full of everything you could possibly need.
5/23/2019
Beautiful home with great views of the lake. We will be back next year.
12/19/2018
The home was tucked away on the top of a very nice hill, and it felt isolated enough to feel private and cozy. Yet it was just a short drive from downtown and the freeway. Everything was modern, stylish, beautiful, clean, and well kept. Everything was either soft wood or granite. A lot of love was kept for the home. It was very spacious and even with our large group we never felt cramped or short on room for every guest. The only nitpicks were smaller issues like not being able to find a way to plug in aux into the built in house speakers. Also the directions to operating the sauna and hot tub were a bit unclear, but all this is nothing an introductory packet by the door wouldn’t fix immediately. The view was nice as well, and overall we were very impressed and we are very thankful for the stay!

Beautiful home with an amazing view. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Easy to access Coeur d’Alene and the interstate. Clean home with everything we needed.
