This home is perfect for large families or groups. There are multiple spaces that accommodate a large meeting area and bedrooms that are far enough away for napping children or those who want to sleep in later than the group. The kitchen is very large and well put together to make meal prep for a group super easy. Appliances were updated and efficient. It was well stocked with everything needed to cook for and serve a large group. The hot tub was enjoyed especially during some falling snow. Downtown Coeur d’Alene was less than 10 minute drive & a 1/2 hour drive up into the CDA national forest ( Fernan Saddle) provided a sledding spot. We would book this home again.

We had a great time at this beautiful home. This location was perfect for our family gathering. January is not a typical tourist time so we were not here for any activities offered by CDA. We enjoyed this home and the spaciousness for our time to relax and catch up. There was easy access to walk in the park next door and short drives to stores. The view of the lake was peaceful and beautiful. We would like to return sometime in the warmer weather to enjoy outdoor activities and the hot tub.up.

We stayed for a dance competition weekend!!! Loved how open the layout was, we could all be together and not be crowded. Will be back in two weeks!!! Love this place

A great home for a large group. We enjoyed the open concept and propane fireplace. The shuffleboard was a nice addition. The kitchen was large and well stocked and the home was clean. We were blessed. Thanks!

This property is amazing! We stayed here with our adult children and grandchild so we could attend a family wedding. The location, the cleanliness, the amenities all exceeded our expectations! We appreciated the communication by the owners/agency and the consistency of the advertised property. We plan to visit the area ma y times in the upcoming years and would be blessed to stay here each time!

The beds were extremely comfortable and I felt at home from the moment I arrived. The living room space was so cozy and I fell in love with the couch! Everything was as described and a representative from vacation rentals was always available to answer any questions I had. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

We stayed at the house for a gathering of 18 family members. The great room was big enough for all of us and the bedrooms had lots of room for spreading out.

Entering the property was very easy. We were traveling with adult children and everyone was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed which was good because I was cooking a makeshift Thanksgiving dinner. The condo was just perfect for us, the living and dining area were very comfortable. We loved looking over the water and watching the wildlife even in November. We are in the area frequently and would definately stay there again.

Need to replace the coffee maker pot. It’s a Mr Coffee pot in a Cuisinart maker and it makes a mess.Everything else was great!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful mountainside retreat! The house had all of the amenities needed for a comfortable vacation with my family. In addition, the views were breathtaking. Thank you to the wonderful hosts!

Spent a week at the house. It was very spacious. Plenty of room for our 12 family members. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, pans and silverware. Everything we needed could be found there. We had one maintenance request and it was handled immediately. I would definitely rent here again. Thank you.

This home is beautiful. The kitchen was great and had some staples. Bathrooms were clean. The rainfall shower is nice but not the best for everyday use. The hot tub was awesome. Close to downtown and many restaurants. We walked most mornings for coffee. Quick walk to the lake.

This property exceeded every expectation. The location is AMAZING and we walked right down to the resort for the Christmas parade and festivities even with little kids. The house itself catered to all my kids’ ages (1-16) with toys, games, shows, and then sleeping arrangements for all. We loved the hot tub, and in summer months will totally stay again and utilize the patio and outdoor area. We LOVED this property and will absolutely be back again.

We enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving trip. We enjoyed the view from the home. Just as beautiful at night as it is in the day, We only used two bedrooms and they were wonderful.we stayed one week and loved all the wildlife. Deers are right outside the house. Watched bald eagles .You could see fireworks and Christmas lights every night from your couch and enjoy the fireplaces. The fireworks were not anything you could hear just see.It is part of the resort boat ride to see Santa on the other side of the lake. For thanksgiving we highly recommend Beverley’s at the resort. The food was outstanding along with the view.

Was a quiet place to stay in the winter.
