Great place to stay for a relaxing getaway!

Nice place, beautiful view!

Loved the weekend to spend with family and friends. The kitchen is well stocked, so nice not purchase spices for a one-time use. We certainly want to return!

The house had a lot of space. Everything was very clean. A very good spacious layout. Very comfortable stay, I would go back anytime!

This is a beautiful property with fantastic views of the mountains and lake. It is ideal for a large group and our family enjoyed the large dining table for our meals together. It snowed just before our check-in and the driveway had been cleared for us. We would love to return in the summer.

The house was perfect for our small group of four and could easily fit four more people without feeling crowded. The house and furnishings were very nice and comfortable. The view and location you can’t beat! We will definitely rent this property again on our next visit.

This house was gorgeous! The views were spectacular and the house itself was amazing. Perfect for our family vacation. The location was also great….secluded enough to feel private, but close enough to town to easily go out to eat or go grocery shopping.

Property was clean and comfortable with cozy beds and lots of room – so close to the beach! We will be back!

Beautiful remodeled home with tons of space to spread out with family or friends. Very clean, super spacious, great amenities and convenient home located just minutes from downtown CDA. We visited in the winter, but would love to visit again in the summer months to lounge on the spacious outdoor patio, under leafy trees.

We had an amazing stay at City Beach House. The house and neighborhood for perfect for hanging out and enjoying a relaxing week in the beautiful CDA. Our kids loved the bunk room and the kitchen/living room were awesome for cooking and enjoying our time with friends and family.

The quality of this rental is of the highest tier. Our group likes to do a lot of cooking, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including sharp knives and decent bowls and cookware. The build quality of the rental is very good and you can see the quality of the work. The sauna, hot tub, and pool table were a nice touch. Our group of ten felt spoiled with the amount of space and the quiet neighborhood surrounding us. Likely one of the better rentals i’ve been in. I would very much recommend

This is a beautiful house, well equipped with all the amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. The views were spectacular. Would definitely stay there again.

It was very good the only issue we had is thier was no service. So when we got thier we could not connect to the wifi yet or click on the link for the door code so we had to drive back to the freeway to be able to get the link to load. The house was very nice though very spacious. Everyone was complaining about being hot though.also the creek in the back isnt really able to be fished in very shallow water so that was dispointing for my kids but overall it was a nice house.. ps the red barn petting zoo in town is a great experience for small children.

The house had everything for a large group. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Rooms were large and clean. Check in and check out were very easy. I would only say it would be nice to have some sort of a refrigerator downstairs in the bar/game room area. And to have the bar glassware there as well. Overall, it was a pleasant home in a great location.

This place was perfect for a group of 14. The house was way nicer in person than it was in the pictures.

Great overall. Wonderful kitchen set up and beautiful views. We have stayed twice, both in January and it’s worth noting the hot tub has a very hard time getting to an adequate degree and never got over 100 while we were there. Maintenance maintained it was the cold weather that the hot tub had a hard time getting to between 102-104. Never heard of this issue before even in freezing temps but maybe that’s the case. We also stayed in more average temps for winter and it still didn’t get up to a normal temp for a hot tub. Only disappointing part of our stay.

The view was amazing! The hot tub was fantastic! Loved all the extra blankets during the very cold weather. Property management was very responsive when there was a cold weather issue.

This was a great home. Quick drive into town. Comfortable beds and furniture. Nice amenities. I would definitely recommend this home to others! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Last minute trip to CDA for Spring Break and we were thrilled to find this gem! House was beautiful, large family area and the bedrooms with 3 bathrooms were so convenient with older kids! We didn’t need to use the bunk room but could have been fun with extra family. Kitchen was well stocked, showerheads and water pressure was the best we have ever experienced!! We will definitely be coming back in the summer when we can appreciate the outdoor space and the convenient walk to the parks, Lake and so many great restaurants!
