We enjoyed our family celebrations! Having the dock was exactly what ere were looking for with the rental.

Everything was clean, quiet and comfortable. It was also nice to have a deck and fenced in, private yard to enjoy. Everything you need is provided in the kitchen to cook with & it was nice to have a washer and dryer. I highly recommend this rental. Enjoy!

Outstanding rental with lots of common space. The deck was great for catching sunsets and huge kitchen was well furnished.

We were in town for a wedding and had a group of friends and family staying at this venue. It was so spacious and wonderful for a big group. Only caveat is that the loft is right over the kitchen so depending on who is sleeping up there, you may have to keep it quieter at night. The property was beauiful. We were there over the fourth of July and caught many different firework shows!

Very comfortable for 8 adults without use of loft. Had everything needed for comfort and cooking. Enjoyed viewing deer/turkey in backyard with view of lake!

Hygge House was perfect for us with our adult children. Plenty of indoor space and beautiful backyard! Location to trails, water and downtown was just right. I definitely recommend this house.

Very convenient location. Also the air conditioning was great during our visit.

Clean and comfortable home. Fenced backyard with fire pit and plenty of patio furniture. Downstairs is a great family room with big screen TV and sectional. Walked to downtown restaurants and bars.

The views this home offers from the deck are breathtaking and so peaceful. The home is spacious and well put together. The property management gets an A++++ rating, they respond quickly and are all around great. We had a situation where we found one of the beds had urine on the mattress and VRA came to the house the same day to treat the area. We look forward to booking with VRA again in the future.

Beautiful home. Stunning view! Only thing I would change is to have the couch in the living room and the bed in the master turned around to face the lake! Well stocked kitchen. Would go back again!

Great place to stay in CdA! Nicely nestled into a quiet neighborhood but still very easily walkable to the night life, park, and the carousel (which our kids had to ride 3 times before we left town).

Was a beautiful area got to see lots of wildlife from deer to mountain lion to chickens and cows. Property was beautiful outside as well as inside. Just wish there was a fireplace for us to do s’mores other than that. Things were great.

Great location to downtown. Place was very cute! Well maintained. Host were wonderful and had great communication.

We have stayed in CDA many times and found this property to be well kept up as well as close to everything. It is in a safe neighborhood wishing walking distance of Sherman and the lake/beaches. The property was clean and well maintained. The management was responsive to our one main issue and resolved it very quickly, so I give them an A+ for communication and results. House includes shuffleboard, ping pong, bikes to ride, etc., so it has some extras that other houses we’ve rented do not have. We did encourage them to stock kleenex as well as a few items for doing laundry. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and this property.

Great place. Fun location for easy acces to Silverwood and Golf! Nice course, friendly staff at the clubhouse. All around nice location.

Amazing house and location. Very clean and exactly what we expected. Wonderful lake house.

The view was amazing and the house had all the little extra things we needed (spices, coffee, phone charger). It was clean and cozy and an easy drive to the beach. The outdoor cooking options were great and the outdoor fire table was easy to use and so nice.
