The property was clean and had brand new amenities. No complaints.

This home was perfect for our family, 5 adults, 2 kids (ages 2&6), plus 1 dog – we stayed 4nights. This home is very nice, very homey and was impressively clean. The fenced yard is beautifully landscaped and was full of Spring/early Summer blooms! The house was very nicely stocked with plenty of good quality dishes, utensils & cookware. The downstairs rec-room worked out great for the kids and our grandson loved the nook bed! We really enjoyed the patio, and back yard while we barbecued or sat in the hot-tub. The automated string lights were a perfect touch! We had a great family vacation, kudos and thank you to the property managers – we will book here again!

This location is amazing. It is only 35 minutes from Spokane airport. The town of Liberty Lake is only 10 minutes away which make it easy to do grocery runs. Post Falls and Coeur d’Alene are both close by and have lots to do. The views from the property are so beautiful that people asked where we went to take the photos. They could not believe that the photos were taken right from where we were staying. The pine trees right outside the kitchen windows were popular with both eagles and osprey.
The kitchen is fully stocked with quality cookware and utensils. We had 13 adults (5 married couples and 3 singles) plus an infant. There was plenty of room for us to sleep, hangout, and eat meals together.

The house was PERFECT for us! There was space for all twelve of us. Fun times playing pool, playing cards and doing jigsaw puzzles. The only minor complaint was just one bathroom downstairs! We would all go back in a heartbeat!

Prepare to be amazed by the exceptional hosts! Their prompt and kind communication ensured our satisfaction. Situated on a tranquil residential street, the house is just a block away from the lake with beach access and a short distance from hiking trails. A mere 15-minute walk will take you to downtown. This spacious three-level house is perfect for a large family. You won’t be disappointed!

I booked this Airbnb for a men’s trip to golf in Coeur d’Alene. This place was perfect for the 6 men we had total, with enough beds for everyone (and enough bathroom space!). We enjoyed utilizing the deck and hot tub out back after our rounds of golf, and we appreciated that it was walking distance to the downtown area so that we could walk down and get a beer at a local bar after golf.

This property met the description perfectly! Right on Hayden Lake but still very close to everything!

Overall this place was a good place to stay for my wife and I. It was quiet, in a good neighborhood and the hosting party had great communication! We did run into a few issues while there, like almost everytime we showered the fire alarm went off after about 5 minutes. That was a pain, they should definitely move the fire alarm away from the bathroom door since this one picks up on water vapor. We had a fuse blow with a few things but they helped us to resolve it quickly. The listing originally stated that there were bikes that were available for us to use which was a huge deal for us so we were very disappointed when we got there and found out the owners has removed the bikes. The only other big issue I personally had was that they have multiple cameras invading personal space where you park as well as on the “private porch” which made it hard for us to enjoy our time outside and it was not listed as a feature on airbnb which we did not like.But aside from those hiccups it was 5 stars

We really enjoyed the property. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for everyone. It was clean and had everything we needed for cooking and whatnot. No complaints.

Great vacation spot. Lots to do in the house without going anywhere. Super clean and comfortable. I wish they would have said that there was spikeball and cornhole in the garage lol.

The house was everything that was advertised. The view was amazing, the accessories were unique. I loved the lamps downstairs. Absolutely peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely stay again.

What a beautiful place that most of us could only dream about. Everything we needed for our four night stay was provided. Despite it being next to heavily wooded areas and some hiking trails quite close by that don’t seem to be used right up the road and also down at Blue Creek you still have quick access into town. The only disadvantage we found was the noise of interstate 90 down below the decks a few hundred yards.

This condo is in a very convenient location and has everything you need.

Great place to stay!! Amazing location and very clean and updated. Had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. We loved staying here! Our only complaint is that the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. If you do not like firm beds and are staying for a while, take this into consideration. Other than that, great experience!

This property was just what we needed for a memorable family vacation to the Spokane/Coeur d’Alene/Hayden area. It was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and was close to so many restaurants, attractions and amenities. The house was exactly as it was described and there was room for everyone in our group to stretch out and move around. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was immaculate and open. The backyard was large and well maintained, perfect to sit outside and enjoy the cool nights. If you are traveling to this area I would highly recommend this property and renting from Vacation Rental again if/when we return in the future.

Great house for a family trip with kids

This property had been updated since the listing photos and was a nice surprise! The updates are modern, clean, and well done. A fun surprise awaits for you in the stone fireplace. The house is very spacious and was well stocked with a ton of bathroom towels (no beach towels). Be sure to bring cooking items like spices and oils as only salt and pepper was found in the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you may need and plenty of plates, glasses, etc. The kids loved the bunkroom and games downstairs. 3 paddle boards, 2 kayaks, plenty of life vests, and a great dock with a table and chairs. This home was fantastic and we really appreciated a lot of the light switches being labeled so we could quickly figure things out. We would recommend this property to anyone and we have a high standard.

I would highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a great family/dog friendly rental. Large/immaculate house with huge backyard, perfect for the kids and pups!

Beautiful house in a great location! Made for a great trip to cda!

We had a large group(14) with toddlers and babies. The location was perfect. The access to the beach and playground was the best part for us. I feel like the pictures don’t do this house justice. Also they have lots of baby items which was so helpful(crib, high chair, booster seat, pack n play). We will definitely be back.

Totally worth the price… location, and atmosphere. Would rent again in future.
