We were a family consisting of Grandparents, children, and grandchildren. This home was perfect for our family visit to Coeur d’Alene. It had the space and beds we needed. The kitchen area and large table on the patio provided a perfect place to eat meals together with plenty of seating area for all. Our grandchildren loved the large patio. It was a nice size, safe place to ride bikes and scooters every morning. We loved our stay. The only suggestion we have had since we were there during a warm week with lots of sun, is a roll down shade on the south end of the patio to provide some more shade during late afternoon and early evening. Thank you for being the perfect place for our family.

You can’t beat the views from this beautiful home. While the house itself was amazing, the real treat was spending time outside on the grounds and on the deck taking in the breath taking views. Thank you for a great stay!

Super clean, spacious, and comfortable and fully stocked with beach chairs, kitchen gadgets, loads of towels, and board games. Great location in a quiet neighborhood a 5 minute walk from restaurants and the marina.

Great house for a large group. The house was exactly as described. Great views and very peaceful setting.

We all had a great time. Room for everyone. Very clean. LOTS is stairs but no one seemed to mind! Beautiful views of the lake!

This is a beautiful condo! Everything you need in the kitchen, beautiful art and decor, plenty of towels, soft beds, and a gorgeous view and deck! We drove to Lake CDA several times, but found there are good restaurants closeby, so don’t be afraid to explore. (Terre Coffee and Bakery really good.) We also enjoyed the beach just across the river (very short drive). No problems with the condo or check-in. We biked the Hiawatha Trail in Wallace but also loved riding our bikes on the Centennial trail into CDA. Enjoyed the hike on Tubbs Hill as well as Mineral Ridge and golfed at CDA Golf Club which was pretty and not too expensive. We enjoyed dining at Anthony’s and Stormin Normans in CDA and had a great time on the cruise of Lake CDA. Great vacation!

Our group of buddies enjoyed our stay while playing golf in the Coeur D’Alene area. The house lived up to the billing and it was a very enjoyable stay!

Very nice home. Walking distance to downtown. Comfortable place to spend with time with our family.

Good place for stay.

This house was not only big enough for our family of 14 but it had everything we needed to have an amazing stay. The view of the river is absolutely spectacular. You will never get tired of looking at it. We enjoyed all the sitting locations, the basketball court, hot tub every night and the kids game room downstairs was a hit every evening after a fun day of fishing, canoeing and swimming. Your close to stores for shopping but you don’t feel like you are. We definitely will be returning to this house. Loved it!!

The condo is in a great location. Shops and reasturants are within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Great time at your place. Guys golf trip and one we have done for 46 years. COL was a great place to visit and play golf. Brandi and your entire team were responsive, courteous, and professional.

Great location.

We brought 7 grandkids with us, all six and under. This home was perfect for them. Huge hard, playground, fenced in. We could let them run around and play outside without having to watch them 100% of the time.
The house was set up perfectly for a very large gathering. There were four sets of parents, and plenty of rooms close by for the kids.
The view of Coeur d’Alene was amazing. Watching the sunset off the back deck was phenomenal.
There is wildlife galore. My daughter-in-law even saw a bobcat in the back one morning!
We rented a boat for two days. The marina down in Carlin Bay that was much cheaper than in Cd’A.
The house is at the top of a ridge, so lots of great views. I brought my drone with me and took some wonderful photos and videos of the surroundings.
It is a 20-min, winding, 2-lane road to Cd’A. So budget some time.
If you like being in a secluded, gorgeous location, this place is for you!

The home was spacious- had room for our large party- should discuss the number of stairs better for families that have older guests as the stairs are a must- however it is a wonderful home that had a stocked kitchen set up and wonderful home

You won’t be sorry booking this gorgeous home! The location can’t be beat – mere blocks to gorgeous parks and sandy waterfront. Don’t want to leave the house? Then hang in the back equipped with a fire pit and plenty of seating. Only downsides were the images don’t quite depict how small the backyard is, and the “bunk room” is perfect for older kids but definitely not close enough to the main house for little kids. The kitchen and rooms are fully stocked with everything you’ll need. Wonderful house, we’ll definitely be back!

I spent a weekend here with 10 friends, and we had an incredible time at the property. It’s a bit off of the beaten path (cell reception is low), but it’s charm is the incredible view of the water, the large home, and the team that made coordinating check in and activity plans so easy. Groups considering this property shouldn’t hesitate.
