You can’t beat the views from this beautiful home. While the house itself was amazing, the real treat was spending time outside on the grounds and on the deck taking in the breath taking views. Thank you for a great stay!

Super clean, spacious, and comfortable and fully stocked with beach chairs, kitchen gadgets, loads of towels, and board games. Great location in a quiet neighborhood a 5 minute walk from restaurants and the marina.

Fantastic house and awesome location! What a memorable trip!

We had 16 people stay for 1 week. The house was perfect for our kids, grandkids and us. The bedrooms were spacious and everybody had a room. The kids bunk beds worked out great for the grandkids- Girls in one bunk room and boys in the other. The kitchen was well stocked for our meals. The dock and lake were perfect for the kids to swim. It is a number of steps to the lake, but it works. We could sit by the lake in the shade, while the kids swam in the lake. A hiking trail is close by. We were very happy with the house and would book it again

The Forest Chateau was a fantastic choice for our stay in the area. Perfect for two couples and 5 children. First class amenities and the house boasted a great location. We enjoyed the hot tub and amazing back deck.

Great home to share with other families.

You won’t be sorry booking this gorgeous home! The location can’t be beat – mere blocks to gorgeous parks and sandy waterfront. Don’t want to leave the house? Then hang in the back equipped with a fire pit and plenty of seating. Only downsides were the images don’t quite depict how small the backyard is, and the “bunk room” is perfect for older kids but definitely not close enough to the main house for little kids. The kitchen and rooms are fully stocked with everything you’ll need. Wonderful house, we’ll definitely be back!

House was very nice and comfirtable and close to the lake. My only conplaint was the hot tub was not clean and usable which was one of the main reasons I rented this house so that was disappointing, but everything else about the home was top notch.

Had a great time at this property. Nice quiet neighborhood, a block from the beach, nice walk to downtown with great restaurants. The house was a great place to stay with the extended family on our trip. Highly recommended.

We were a family consisting of Grandparents, children, and grandchildren. This home was perfect for our family visit to Coeur d’Alene. It had the space and beds we needed. The kitchen area and large table on the patio provided a perfect place to eat meals together with plenty of seating area for all. Our grandchildren loved the large patio. It was a nice size, safe place to ride bikes and scooters every morning. We loved our stay. The only suggestion we have had since we were there during a warm week with lots of sun, is a roll down shade on the south end of the patio to provide some more shade during late afternoon and early evening. Thank you for being the perfect place for our family.

I spent a weekend here with 10 friends, and we had an incredible time at the property. It’s a bit off of the beaten path (cell reception is low), but it’s charm is the incredible view of the water, the large home, and the team that made coordinating check in and activity plans so easy. Groups considering this property shouldn’t hesitate.

Good place for stay.

Great time at your place. Guys golf trip and one we have done for 46 years. COL was a great place to visit and play golf. Brandi and your entire team were responsive, courteous, and professional.

This house was not only big enough for our family of 14 but it had everything we needed to have an amazing stay. The view of the river is absolutely spectacular. You will never get tired of looking at it. We enjoyed all the sitting locations, the basketball court, hot tub every night and the kids game room downstairs was a hit every evening after a fun day of fishing, canoeing and swimming. Your close to stores for shopping but you don’t feel like you are. We definitely will be returning to this house. Loved it!!

Excellent location in relation to the Lake, vicinity of downtown, airport, etc. The property was clean, matched the photos/description, and had everything we needed. The host was extremely accommodating, responsive, knowledgeable, and informative on a variety of aspects. We recommend staying here for couples & families, and will be back on our next visit!

The home was spacious- had room for our large party- should discuss the number of stairs better for families that have older guests as the stairs are a must- however it is a wonderful home that had a stocked kitchen set up and wonderful home
