The house was very clean. It sits on a picturesque tree lined street. Very quiet. It had every amenity you could need for a fun weekend in Coeur D’Alene. (coolers, beach chairs, paddle board, kayak) The kids & parents had a blast with the bikes & games. Great location to walk/bike to shops & restaurants. Highly recommend!

There was one window covering missing and I would recommend looking into blackout shades for those who like to sleep in.

What a beautiful home with the perfect location and view. Wonderful park and playground across the street, lake right across the road, easy walk to town. Once we arrived, we parked our cars in the garage and didn’t need them for the entire 3 nights we were there.
The house was perfect for a ladies’ getaway. Very roomy, a nice cozy fireplace, well equipped kitchen, plenty
of places to go to quietly read a book or take a nap.
Other reviews stated that the house was outdated, but so am I. Doesn’t make it a bad thing.
My friends and I would definitely stay here again. Maybe bring our grandkids. They had a lot of games and books in the home, and the perfect location across the road to the incredible park and the lake access. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this lovely home.

Our family was in town for our daughter’s wedding and had a wonderful stay at the City Beach House. The home has a lovely open format, very comfortable accommodations and the location is amazing. Thank you for making our special week even better…we’ll be back!

This house was beautiful and just a short walk to the lake and shopping. The management company is great and very responsive. The first night of my stay I ran out of propane and they arrived no more than ten minutes later with a new tank. This is unheard of!

I was searching for an adequate property for 4 of us to stay and conduct my father’s “celebration of life.” As a native of Post Falls, I was excited to find this property right on the river across from the park where I learned how to swim. From the beginning, communication was on point. When we arrived, everything was as described and depicted in the photos. If I were to nit-pick, we couldn’t get Dish Network to work, but with the views and streaming services, so what. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-appointed. Walking distance to Brewery, parks, damn (which was wide-open and like a little niagra). There is no pool/hot tub on the property, but the views are extraordinary and the condo was clean, furnished beatifully and shows care of ownership. Thank you to Vacation Rental Authority (and owners) for allowing us to stay in this wonderful place. We hope to be back and visit the area soon.

We had a wonderful long weekend. Quiet setting. Nicely decorated. Full kitchen. They had board games we played on the deck in the evenings. Had coffee on the deck every morning. A cat came to visit often. We called it Jerry. Would definitely recommend.

Our family stayed here after attending my youngest sons graduation from WSU. The property is beautiful and the location lovely and quiet. Plenty of room and we had a great time!

Convenient location very close to downtown without being directly in the mix. Beautiful neighborhood walking distance to sanders beach. Location was quiet and family friendly. Thoughtful amenities in the kitchen as well.

We have stayed in this property several years in a row for Spokane’s Lilac Bloomsday Race. Our family loves the immense variety of things to enjoy both in and around the house. We may have overloaded the WiFi capacity. Internet was quite slow. We needed a little flexibility on check out time to watch a family funeral. Property management was totally inflexible which for a $4000 rental seemed unreasonable. It’s too bad that an otherwise great stay had an unpleasant end. Part of the family had to leave early and find a local meeting room where we could participate in the service.

Perfect for my large family to gather for our Dad’s 90th birthday. Plenty of room in the kitchen for all to help with meals, outdoor seating was comfortable and large enough to accommodate most everyone, beds were very comfortable. The home was decorated very nicely and was warm and welcoming. Loved the 2 guitars in the family room. We are a musical family so that was most appreciated. We could not have asked for more!

Rented out this home with a group of coworkers just for a weekend getaway absolutely fantastic location was superb the home was very well-maintained and very clean.

Everything was very nice, tv’s in the rooms with streaming options, super comfortable beds (probably most comfortable I’ve ever slept on actually), very comfortable sofa in the living room with a huge tv, the kitchen had everything we needed including spices and seasonings. The deck is beautiful with comfy seating and a bbq. The only things I would say weren’t up to par was the bbq grate could have been cleaner, the shower curtain upstairs could use some cleaning, the toilet downstairs rocks back and forth when you sit on it, and the shower door downstairs sticks a bit. The downstairs bathroom is really a laundry room with a shower and toilet but it was fine enough. It was great for my little family to have our own space downstairs and then my aunt and gpa had the bedrooms upstairs. Overall the place was clean, very comfortable, and you can tell the owners really want guests to feel at home. I’d definitely stay here again!

Easy check in, great communication with the manager ensuring everything was ok. The property was very clean and the location was so close to main street and restaurants and the lake. Definitely will bring the family back again!

I brought my family together at your beautiful home for a memorial service for our stepfather. We had people coming on various days and staying various lengths but it was perfect. We cooked meals everyday and you had most of what we needed. I use VRBO often for our travels and your place was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Just a couple of points for you. Table lamps in the living room would be an added bonus. Also a small step next to the master bed would be great for us short-legged folks! 😁 would definitely stay here again. Oh and your TP holder in master bath needs adjusting! Kept dumping the roll off. Thank you so much.

Our two family stayed in this home and we really enjoyed spending time at the beach, at the park and relaxing out front looking at the beautiful scenery.
