Amazing house, everything you could ask for.

We had such a great time and would definitely rent again! The location was perfect. The house was in pristine condition and I loved the decor. It was a great anniversary trip for my husband and I but we would love to bring our children next time as the bunk room upstairs was adorable!

Wonderful location and spacious rooms. Walking distance to lake.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. I do agree with others you can’t walk to the water without a steep hill or vehicle.
Lots of amenities to enjoy. The woodpeckers are a problem!! Need better lighting to hot tub. We loved how beautiful it was and relaxing.

We had a great time. This place was overall pretty clean though one of the blankets we pulled from the closet did have some spills on it. Otherwise though it was clean, in a great location, and offered fun amenities such as the fire pit and pool table.

Great place, not a fan of10 am check out time. other than that it exceeded our expectations

Great space, comfy beds, great location, and pet friendly. Loved the deer and the cat on the property. It has everything you need. We would definitely recommend it.

This place is awesome! Squeaky clean, great amenities, walking distance to many spots. Would highly recommend staying in this awesome house.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, right at the lake. Our son enjoyed the amazing park right across the street & we all enjoyed walking on the beach across the street. It’s perfect walking distance to all the downtown shopping & dining too. The house was clean & had plenty of space, plus a perfect yard for our toddler, & a hot tub! The house was also full of games for a family to play, perfect for rainy or cold days. & just open the curtains to take in the beautiful view of the lake & mountains.

The house was organized and clean and the backyard space was great for the dog! Great proximity to downtown as well.

Super clean and very accommodating. A lot of amenities and baby / kids stuff that we weren’t expecting. That was a nice surprise. The hot tub was nice but I think the water needs cleaning, it was a little smelly. Other than that we were comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

The house was very big and over looks lake Coeur d’Alene. So the views from nearly every view are stunning. If you’re looking to stay close to a big town while not dealing with all the big town noise this place is for you. Also a great opportunity to see tons of wildlife.

Hard to beat a fun house like this. Made some lifelong memories. Highly recommend it!

We had the best family vacation in this beautiful and comfortable home! Perfect for walks to the beach, parks, and shopping, even with a toddler. I hope we can return with our family again, soon.

Great House, Great Location! This property was easy to find and had enough parking in the back. The bunk room was a little small and some of the beds are outdated, but overall a great rental.

This property was amazing! It had everything that we were expecting and not expecting. Kitchen was very well stocked! The only negative was with 4 adults and 3 teenagers. The hot water was limited. There was always about 3 people having a cold shower after the hot tub.

This home was beautiful, spacious, and squeaky clean! The rooms were spacious and we had everything we needed—plenty of towels, dishes, cleaning supplies. Everything was well stocked.
The layout of the home is cozy. Super comfy couch and comfortable beds. We were never melting or freezing.
The neighborhood felt safe and the neighbors that we talked to were kind. It was just a great base to make beautiful memories!

Can’t beat the location.

The house was very nice and the kitchen was well appointed. The hot tub was a great addition. The location is perfect for enjoying the views and happenings around CdA!

We had a group of 6 guys for our annual golf trip. The house was very comfortable, and clean with an awesome view and a great location for a golf weekend.

Loved the house! Great home base to explore Coeur d’Alene. Very nice and comfortable home with space for everyone. We loved being able to walk downtown and to restaurants. Highly recommend.
