I was searching for an adequate property for 4 of us to stay and conduct my father’s “celebration of life.” As a native of Post Falls, I was excited to find this property right on the river across from the park where I learned how to swim. From the beginning, communication was on point. When we arrived, everything was as described and depicted in the photos. If I were to nit-pick, we couldn’t get Dish Network to work, but with the views and streaming services, so what. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-appointed. Walking distance to Brewery, parks, damn (which was wide-open and like a little niagra). There is no pool/hot tub on the property, but the views are extraordinary and the condo was clean, furnished beatifully and shows care of ownership. Thank you to Vacation Rental Authority (and owners) for allowing us to stay in this wonderful place. We hope to be back and visit the area soon.

Loved the house! Great home base to explore Coeur d’Alene. Very nice and comfortable home with space for everyone. We loved being able to walk downtown and to restaurants. Highly recommend.

The house was very clean. It sits on a picturesque tree lined street. Very quiet. It had every amenity you could need for a fun weekend in Coeur D’Alene. (coolers, beach chairs, paddle board, kayak) The kids & parents had a blast with the bikes & games. Great location to walk/bike to shops & restaurants. Highly recommend!

We have stayed in this property several years in a row for Spokane’s Lilac Bloomsday Race. Our family loves the immense variety of things to enjoy both in and around the house. We may have overloaded the WiFi capacity. Internet was quite slow. We needed a little flexibility on check out time to watch a family funeral. Property management was totally inflexible which for a $4000 rental seemed unreasonable. It’s too bad that an otherwise great stay had an unpleasant end. Part of the family had to leave early and find a local meeting room where we could participate in the service.

This house was beautiful and just a short walk to the lake and shopping. The management company is great and very responsive. The first night of my stay I ran out of propane and they arrived no more than ten minutes later with a new tank. This is unheard of!

This place is awesome! Squeaky clean, great amenities, walking distance to many spots. Would highly recommend staying in this awesome house.

There was one window covering missing and I would recommend looking into blackout shades for those who like to sleep in.

I brought my family together at your beautiful home for a memorial service for our stepfather. We had people coming on various days and staying various lengths but it was perfect. We cooked meals everyday and you had most of what we needed. I use VRBO often for our travels and your place was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Just a couple of points for you. Table lamps in the living room would be an added bonus. Also a small step next to the master bed would be great for us short-legged folks! 😁 would definitely stay here again. Oh and your TP holder in master bath needs adjusting! Kept dumping the roll off. Thank you so much.

We had a group of 6 guys for our annual golf trip. The house was very comfortable, and clean with an awesome view and a great location for a golf weekend.

Our family stayed here after attending my youngest sons graduation from WSU. The property is beautiful and the location lovely and quiet. Plenty of room and we had a great time!

What a beautiful home with the perfect location and view. Wonderful park and playground across the street, lake right across the road, easy walk to town. Once we arrived, we parked our cars in the garage and didn’t need them for the entire 3 nights we were there.
The house was perfect for a ladies’ getaway. Very roomy, a nice cozy fireplace, well equipped kitchen, plenty
of places to go to quietly read a book or take a nap.
Other reviews stated that the house was outdated, but so am I. Doesn’t make it a bad thing.
My friends and I would definitely stay here again. Maybe bring our grandkids. They had a lot of games and books in the home, and the perfect location across the road to the incredible park and the lake access. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this lovely home.

The house was very big and over looks lake Coeur d’Alene. So the views from nearly every view are stunning. If you’re looking to stay close to a big town while not dealing with all the big town noise this place is for you. Also a great opportunity to see tons of wildlife.

Hard to beat a fun house like this. Made some lifelong memories. Highly recommend it!

This home was beautiful, spacious, and squeaky clean! The rooms were spacious and we had everything we needed—plenty of towels, dishes, cleaning supplies. Everything was well stocked.
The layout of the home is cozy. Super comfy couch and comfortable beds. We were never melting or freezing.
The neighborhood felt safe and the neighbors that we talked to were kind. It was just a great base to make beautiful memories!
