What a lovely home! Lovely furnishings with “homey” touches; great linens and comfy mattresses; kitchen well-appointed with top of the line utensils, cutlery, dishes, etc.; There was plenty of room so don’t worry about privacy! The lawns are nicely groomed welcoming one to sit in the backyard under the huge tree or at the patio area; great curbside appeal inviting one to sit on the front porch (where we had morning coffee) and enjoy the quaint neighborhood with children playing in nearby homes. This home is conveniently located near the old town district, where one will find great dining and strolling. We enjoyed dining at Beverly’s, Satay Bistro, Tonys on the Lake, & take-out pizza at Capone’s (around the corner from the house), for lunch Crickets Oyster Bar, Crafted Tap, & Season’s Fresh Grill…ALL OF THESE WERE AWESOME! Highly recommend reservations at the fine-dining restaurants. For weekends make your reservations early in the week. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home, comfy beds, great location! This home is beautifully decorated and has great seating for family gathering both around the dining table as well as the family room. Loved the wagon to take our beach supplies down to Sanders. Highly recommend this home!

Very clean and great location! The house is very spacious and comfortable for the amount of guests we had (8), and the backyard was amazing! The kitchen was a great size and so many amenities, was especially relieved to find that they had children’s dish ware, a high chair, and lots of toys and games! We loved our stay here!

Nice place! We appreciated the large beds for couples instead of the often found bunk bed arrangement. Nice two living room spaces for socializing. Great deck and backyard. We enjoyed a few of the ripe cherries from the trees out front. Traffic noise from the street but nothing drastic. Kitchen is small with minimal supplies, so this isn’t the place that I would choose to make Thanksgiving dinner. Otherwise, great location. I would recommend.

Our large family was comfortable and enjoyed the lake. If you have older family members who struggle with stairs this is not the home for you. However, our family enjoyed the beautiful view and jumped in the lake every opportunity we had.

What a great house. The location, the dock, the two decks. Amazing. I loved the grassy area with the two Adirondack chairs the most.
Tons of towels, kitchen supplies abound, lots of places for the family to spread out and enjoy; together or apart.

Great place! Parents got the master bedroom, family of four got the two bedrooms upstairs, and the family of five had the lower level. Great view from the deck.

Large home comfortably accommodated our family of 16. The outdoor seating area was great and a few played pool and watched movies on the large screen in the living room. The kitchen was well equipped and two large tables accommodated all 16 of us. We enjoyed watching the deer that frequently appeared in the lawn.

Great location, close to embers, love the outdoor cat-I named her Gus Gus! Awesome place to get away. Check in was a little rough and no coffee pot or mugs, but this should be fixed as I think I was their first guest!

House was nice, met all our needs but was compact. Had to walk or drive to the pier. But it was a nice place to hang out and swim, the water was very nice, deep and clear. Rented a pontoon boat and tied up to the pier. Deck and hot tub at the house was great.

We loved our stay here! The house is huge, very well taken care of and the views are gorgeous. Huge yard, entire lower level with a pool table and lounge area, TWO sets of bunks for kids. Fully stocked. Beds were very comfy. We will be back

Super comfy, beautiful views, comfy and clean!

We had a a great time. Most of the family flew into Spokane and took the Scenic 40 minute or so scenic drive. Immediately impressed with the property but at sunset…. Wow! Words can’t do it justice. During the days it was a short 20-30 minute drive into CDA for activities. Just a great time all around Thanks for sharing your home

This house was perfect for our family vacation (6 adults and 5 kids). It is beautiful, spacious, well-maintained and well-furnished. We enjoyed spending time on the large deck and had pleasant evenings in the hot tub. It is a quick and easy drive into CDA. The hot tub needed maintenance when we arrived. The management company was excellent and responded to our maintenance request the next day. I would highly recommend this property.

Really enjoyed the property. Worked well for our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for a large group and close to downtown!

This place was very peaceful, had nice views and a great patio to have my morning coffee, and lights to enjoy in the evening. The open concept for the living room and kitchen was great for family time and still had private bedrooms, which had very comfortable bedding and pillows. Plenty of towels also. Very nice kitchen, appliances, and dishes. There was already olive oil left for cooking which was nice. I have no complaints for the actual property at all! Lots of little tables to display all our stuff and organize things, which was so helpful! The location is off a main road about a 10 minute drive and when we went to coerd’alene, we just needed to make sure we had everything for the day since it was about 25 mins to drive. The binder wasn’t inside the house but the host let us know recommendations for restaurants. The list of amenities could be a little more thorough with actual # of beds and sizes, Air conditioning, kitchen appliances available (didn’t find a toaster). Just so one doesnt have to keep contacting the host and bug them with questions as they arise. I would stay here again for sure, but maybe next time utilize Hauser Lake more since it’s so much closer. An added bonus was a sweet cat that visited me while having my morning coffee!

This house is absolutely exquisite! Large home, large property, well decorated, incredibly well stocked with kitchen items, and a perfect spot for our recent family reunion. Additionally, the rental company is very responsive when answering questions or addressing the minor issues we had.
If you are looking for a place to call home and need a lot of room close to the best Coeur d’Alene has to offer, this is it!

Loved this unique house right on the lake! The private dock and small beach area made it even better! The house does get a little warm and only has one small fan provided.
