We did enjoy our family time at this property. Swimming and boating were popular activities with all ages. It was a little hard to fine–especially at night and seemed a bit expensive at over $8000 for less than a week. Overall, a great time.

We traveled with 4 adults and 3 kids, ages 1, 5, and 9. This house has a ton of room and was perfect. You can’t beat the location! We walked to the park, splash pad, lake, restaurants, and coffee shops. We usually camp in CDA, but I think this will be our go to from now on! For our 1 year old we did bring our own necessities like stroller, pack n play, and high chair. I am sure they would have these things available if asked. We also had all of our own beach gear – chairs, towels, sand toys, cooler etc.

The location of this property was great! It was about a 10 minute walk to downtown CdA and far enough from the hustle and bustle of downtown. We had 4 couples and the house fit us all and our needs perfectly! We can’t wait to book again next time!

Beautiful home in a gorgeous area of Idaho. If you’re looking for something off the beaten path, this is a perfect fit. Note that it’s ~20min from town, but well worth the drive to get to the secluded woods. We’ll be back!

This property is convenient For strolling the downtown area. The beds were awesome. The kitchen has all anyone would need. All appliances are up-to-date. We really enjoyed this property.

Our family of 5 stayed at this beautiful house while in town. The place was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we possibly needed. It was just a minutes walk from all the downtown restaurants, bars, and shops and the waterfront. We loved our stay and would happily rent againt the next time we’re in town

It was wonderful to have all of the shops and restaurants literally downstairs.

The property was perfect for our birthday celebration with kayaking and exploring the area. Close enough to CDA without the traffic and beautiful peaceful view watching for eagles and geese flying overhead. We had all that we needed. I would add a Keurig coffee machine to update a little.

This is a great property to drink wine on the deck or coffee in the morning looking at the eagles and osprey flying over the river. Home is beautiful and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Our family is growing and this place was the perfect size for all of us! Love the room with 4 beds which was a fun option for the teenage cousins! Kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook and plenty of different spaces to socialize and the hot tub was a delight! 🙂

Our family vacation was wonderful. My top rated would be location. The house was clean and updated. The kitchen had all of the pots pans that we needed. Three members of our family were unable to make so we didn’t have to use the outdoor extra room. The out door room is to warm otherwise it would have been nice to use it because it has a bathroom with a shower. We loved Coeur d’Aleve and will come again.

6 adults stayed here (my spouse/myself, my sibling/their spouse, our parents) and the house was pretty great. 2 bedrooms upstairs + 1 bathroom, and a bonus room downstairs with 3 queen beds (2 are bunkbeds) and another bathroom. The house was clean, had beautiful views, everything worked well. Plenty of clean towels were out for us to use. The only downside was it was 90+ degrees (which I’m sure is the case most of the summer) and the house doesn’t have AC, so the upstairs is pretty hot during the day, and there are no curtains upstairs to block the sun. With all the windows/fans it cools down at night enough to sleep, though. The downstairs was nice and cool the entire time! Couple of suggestions I’d make: – provide more wash cloths. we ran out and could have used several more – the lid to the trash can doesn’t work. you’re supposed to push a button and the lid pops up. the button is broken so you basically have to pry the lid up every time you want to throw something away. not a deal breaker, but pretty annoying and an easy/quick fix that could be made

Beautiful home and great location!! The backyard was very relaxing. The only thing was there was a lot of dog hair on the couch (from the previous renter?) otherwise loved it!

This property exceeded our expectations and the photos do not do it justice. We had 10 adults and 10 children. It was a delightful and amazing time for all of us. Plenty of comfortable beds. Truly a great property for families. We would most definitely secure this place again.

We had been looking for a place with a water view for a few weeks. This place caught our attention based on the location, view, structure, etc. We were extremely pleased with the view, cleanliness and responsiveness of the VRBO management team. I highly recommend this home for your next stay.

Beautiful place, very clean with everything you need. Very short walk to the lake and 7 minute bike ride to downtown. We loved it!
