The condo had a great view.

Had a great time w/ kids (2-17) & 8 adults. Plenty for kids to do and we set up pickle ball net in back patio. Used grill and smoker. Very nice appliances although did run out of ice(ice maker). Not unexpected w/ 16 in summer. Rec highly.

First, the good news: VRA, the VRBO rental managers, are amazing. They’re responsive and helpful and go above and beyond to meet expectations. So much so that they exceeded my expectations and that’s not easy to do. Next visit, I’ll reach out to them first to see which properties they’re managing. The rental itself would have been fine for a young couple or family who have spent the last several years camping in tents and sleeping bags, and are ready for a roof over their heads but don’t require much more in the way of creature comforts. The furniture is worn, the kitchen chairs are all-metal, and I’ve seen camping backpacks that are better equipped than the kitchen. Not a good choice for an older couple like us who like a little luxury. None of those “criticisms” accrue to VRA by the way – all of that is on the owner. But if, like me, one of the reasons you choose a house instead of a hotel is because you like to make your own food, bring an apron, oven mitts, tongs, and a long-handled spoon. You won’t be sorry.

This place was all it was advertised as and more. For a large family this place is incredible. Location, views and comfort was fabulous. The house is beautiful and yet easy to enjoy. My family is still talking about how wonderful this place was. If you get the chance to stay here you should! Vacation Rental Authority was the property management company and they were excellent to work with. Our experience was absolutely incredible.

We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our stay at Skyview Perch! The location was great, close to downtown Coeur d’Alene. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was perfect to host our extended family. The common areas were roomy, the kitchen was furnished with everything we needed to cook, and the beds and pillows were super comfortable! Communication with the property management company was prompt and helpful. It was a wonderful stay!

In for a family wedding. 4 bedrooms with adult size beds! Super space for a get-together! Big deck, kitchen well equipped. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. Handy to everything! Easy to get around!

On the lake with gorgeous sunset views from the balcony. This property is convenient to activities in CDA but feels remote and private. It is equipped with all the essentials plus some.

My family and I had a wonderful time during our stay at Blue Water Beach House. It is a lovely home in the most perfect location for exploring Coeur D’ Alene. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. We hiked and swam in the lake and then came back to relax in the jacuzzi and barbecued at night. There is plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. We loved our time there!

Excellent location right on the lake. Stunning views. Having access to the private dock was awesome. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook food, and the grill was clean and worked great. No complaints. We greatly enjoyed our experience and hope to return to CDA again soon.

I want to say this place was bad so no one will stay in it but it’s a lie. This place is FABULOUS. It’s brand new, the layout is perfect for a small family gathering. They spared no expense. The kitchen is fun to cook in, they have a beautiful outdoor grill, and has fire pit. The washing and dryer are fantastic, it has great closet space with tons of hangers and built in shelves. The bathrooms are perfect for the size of the home. The manager of the property was attentive and quick to respond. This is a perfect Airbnb and if we are lucky enough to find it vacant when we are back in CdA it’ll be hard to pass up.

we stayed here for the 4th and were able to walk downtown. Everything worked great.

We loved it! We have a big family with a married daughter and we had plenty of room for all of us. We loved sitting on the back deck looking over the lake. We had deer and turkeys wander past, and eagles soaring overhead. The house was great, we had lots of down time between activities and everyone had fun together and also places to spread out.

We absolutely love this neighborhood. The home is perfectly located and offers stunning views of the lake. It comes with all the amenities you’d expect to see. Our only criticism is the internet speeds vary, so keep that in mind if working remotely on video calls. Also, the beds are nice and fully equipped but the mattresses and pillows could be more comfortable. We would definitely recommend for a relaxing stay at the lake!
