This was a great house in an ideal location. We really enjoyed our stay.

This home had everything and more! More than enough kitchen tools for cooking! Short walk to downtown… It was exactly how the pictures showed. It looks small from the street but is amazingly very spacious. We were in town for a family wedding and loved this home. Hopefully we can come and stay again in the future.

Beautiful home – close to downtown CDA

This is a terrific house for large groups!! There is plenty of space to be together and also to spread out. There were eleven of us and we never felt cramped. We enjoyed the upstairs and downstairs living rooms and had fun with the pool table. The outdoor deck was incredible and plenty big for all of us to be out there.
The house is super quality in the furnishings and is very well equipped with any appliance you would need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen also has the largest selection of spices I’ve ever seen in a rental home. We cooked for all of us on four of the seven nights we were there and the kitchen had everything we needed.
The location is perfect to enjoy the whole area. We rode the Coeur d’Alene trail three days, rode the Hiawatha trail one day and spent an afternoon/evening at Silver Mountain. Everything was a relatively short drive away. It is also an easy 10 minutes to pop down into downtown CdA for shopping, dinner or to visit the lake.
I would highly recommend this house.

Great place, perfect location, and the backyard was phenomenal. The furnishings are well done, comfortable, and kitchen was very well equipped. Highly recommend staying here first chance you get!

We had a phenomenal experience with Vacation Rental. We were notified that our original booked home Downtown Escape was not available and Vacation Rental immediately offered us a free upgrade to another home ViaLago. The home is very spacious and clean with a big back yard equipped with a new gas grill. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything we need and the appliances are new. The king size bed in the master is super comfy. We were surprised to find four fresh bikes free for our use in the garage! And thanks to Lizzy from Vacation Rental who provided us with some great suggestions for hiking/biking trails nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

Great walkable location near downtown. Property was clean and well cared for. We would stay again.

Finding the condo at check in was a pain as there are 3 entrances and only one will get you up to the third floor in an area that allows you access to the condo. The outside door keypad sticks and you need to enter the number multiple times. Also, there are no luggage carts unless you get access to the under ground parking from another person who lives there or sneak in to the underground parking for the purpose of unloading or loading. Once in the condo there were no hangers or luggage racks or bbq tools. (All of which we bought and left for future visitors). Outside of the above things this was a great location, quiet and comfortable stay, which we would highly recommend. Numerous restaurants with in walking distance. Offering a once a week cleaning would be a nice touch.

This is a fantastic place for an Idaho adventure. The private waterway was a delight. The house is beautiful. Especially enjoyed my showers in the master suite. Oh, don’t forget the very nice neighbors on both sides. Truly worth the money!

Great house that was conveniently located to everything. Every place we wanted to go was under a 10 minute drive.

Great location for getting to town or the resort. Nice kitchen amenities, though no spices, sugar, cooking oil, etc.
A group of 5 girls enjoyed this house immensely. We couldn’t use the bunk house though. No AC in the bunk house, so it was quite stuffy in there.
Would definitely look at booking again.

Close to everything great location

Pour concrete between the parking and the door. This would help keep your house cleaner. The pictures are a good example of the house. You should show the beds downstairs in some of the photos. We weren’t sure what was going to be down there for sure. Thanks.

This place is beautiful. The location is perfect. We really enjoyed our stay here for a small family reunion. The ammenities were amazing. Everything needed for keeping the kids and grandkids busy and happy. It was a great place to hangout and visit after a day out. The master bedroom is very large and cozy. It was nice to be able to enjoy the master deck and have a beautiful space to rest from the day. I will definitely be staying here again next year.

Our group of eight (four kids and four adults + a dog) had a wonderful time at this awesome property with a gorgeous view, lake access, comfy furnishings, a fun downstairs, and convenient location. Would stay here again!

We stayed here as a group of friends that ride Harley’s together. This place was great, a little farther away from town, but we didn’t mind as it gave us more time to ride the road by the lake. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location to tour and see the city. Great house. All the stuff you need to live in a place for several days –

This was our first vacation in 6 years and this place did not disappoint. It was nice to come through the door and the house be clean, I used to travel a lot for work and I’ve immediately checked out of hotels that weren’t to my standards. Property managers were quick to respond to questions, people are friendly in the neighborhood and the view is great. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice building, nice space. Was not clear lock on door had to be set upon leaving. Enjoyed our stay in area, lots to see and do.

Amazing

House and location are beautiful. Difficult communicating with rental company. The kayaks/wake boards were missing when we arrived on Friday and the propane for the grill was out. Notified the rental company by text and no response until Monday. Tried phoning the number provided and the office was closed until Monday. Issues were resolved Monday afternoon.
