Nicely appointed. Fun house to gather with family.

This beautiful home was perfect for our large family to spend the Christmas holiday. This seven bedroom home had plenty of room for 10 adults, 7 children and our furry babies. The home was decorated for the holiday and was very comfortable for everyone. We really enjoyed the game room and pool table as well as the Traeger grill and barbecue. The outside seating area would be amazing in the summer and we plan to come back to this wonderful property in the future.

We had a great time at this Airbnb in Coeur d’ Alene. It is only a few minutes away from downtown where there are lots of restaurants and shopping. The team managing this property was very responsive and helpful. The property was clean and had lots of amenities. We would be happy to stay here again!

There were only 3 of us seniors so we didn’t get the full value of the rental. Super place if you have a few teenagers, game room with foosball and a separate studio area with futons and a BIG gaming tv. Communication was very good. However I wish we knew to take firewood, the closest store was about 15 miles away through a blizzard. The forced air heat was sufficient but we wanted a fire. Too bad the fire stove isn’t in the one cabin-y room. Great kitchen lots of utensils, hot pads etc, beautiful sink almost too nice to soil. Lots of counter space and a nice big island. The new appliances are nice but the gas stove has the wrong jets so the smell of raw gas when you use the oven or broiler is in the air, and the cooktop soots the bottom of the pans. Linens were nice, a rug or bath mat would be nice in the bathroom closest to the carport, very cold tile floor to step out on from a gorgeous rock tiled shower. The parking is great, views were nearly totally blocked with ice cycles. The pipes froze the last night we were there. No showers in the morning, or toilets! Take drinking water too, the tap is pretty cloudy, not sure the source. All of this said, we would stay again if it weren’t for all of the high booking, cleaning and pet ! fees. We could have stayed at the Coeur d’ alene Resort for less.

Great property. Plenty of room for two families, 10 in total. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal. The location was the best. We were walking distance to lake activities and town. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

We didn’t need this much space but it worked out well with a party of 8. Everything was as-advertised and we enjoyed our stay.

Great for a large family. Enough room to be together but space to spread out. The views were amazing. We saw dear, wild turkeys and squirrels right out the windows. Only a few miles from town made the location perfect. Equipped with all the essentials plus some extras. Our family enjoyed the pool table, hot tub and the bar. Lots of great memories were made on this trip.

We needed a place close to my brothers house thats how we found this one. It was 3 min. to his home.

Convenient location

The home is beautiful, spacious, and has all of the modern amenities with a spectacular view of the river. Our 2 families with teens and kids had plenty of room and privacy with 2 Master suites. The kitchen worked well for multiple people preparing our Thanksgiving feast. Lots of activities for everyone with board games, basketball, fishing, arcade games, and pool table (didn’t even use the X-box). Quiet spaces for adults to enjoy the natural beauty or read. The hot tub was perfect for the cold weather -some took a polar plunge and we even saw moose swimming across the river! Everything was well stocked, clean and inviting. Definitely recommend!

This home exceeded any expectation I may have had! The house is warm and inviting wiith plenty of space to spread out. The host was accessible and promptly responded to any questions. The only suggestion I may have, is to bring extra blankets.

It was perfect for our sisters getaway trip. Everyone loved the place and said they would go again.

I really like the fact it has 2 bedrooms with king beds. That’s difficult to find. The 2nd bedroom is kind of small but all we did was sleep in it. The master is very large and has a great view of the river. Great river view from the living room too. The 3rd bedroom has a trundle bed. Kitchen is adequately supplied. I didn’t need anything I couldn’t find. More food containers would be nice. (Unless they were somewhere I didn’t look). Water heater didn’t keep up with the 4th shower but then again I’m used to an on demand at home so I’m spoiled. Front door is tricky to lock from the outside. Maybe instructions in your booklet on how to do it. Have stayed here before and will stay again.

We were very comfortable at this vrbo. It was clean, great location, allowed for dogs with a secure fenced back yard. The only thing that we would have also liked was to watch football and soccer on the tv but didn’t have the channels available.

This is a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. The house had plenty of room. A nice surprise was the master bedroom. Awesome tub and shower! Super nice stroll to the lake and a very short drive downtown.

We are so grateful to have rented SkyView Perch for our family Thanksgiving getaway. We stayed here very comfortably with 10 adults and we were able to cook a full holiday meal in the kitchen. We played games and built puzzles on the high top square table that seats 8. The views are incredible with colorful sunrises over Lake Coeur d’Alene and the house is beautiful, just as advertised. The instructions were easy and the communication was great. We went to downtown Coeur d’Alene and also the opposite direction to Wolf Lodge in just a few minutes. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the family for opening their home.

We had an amazing time and the snow fall just added to the fun. The hosts were amazing in getting the roads and walkways cleared afterwards.

Perfect condo for a family or group close to downtown CDA. The check in process was seamless and the hosts were very responsive to our texts about checking in and checking out. Highly recommend!
