Awesome home and location

We were very pleased with our stay in this condo. It is spacious & overlooks the Spokane River. The sunsets are stunning. The kitchen is equipped for easy meal prep. The washer & dryer came in handy too. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again if available in the future.

We were really happy with the quality of the property. It’s a beautiful home with a lot of room for a big group. The kitchen is huge and well stocked. Lots of bedrooms that were very comfortable. The only issue was the bunk room is not as pictured on the website. If I had counted on using all the beds pictured, we would have been short by two beds. The house was reasonably clean though it appeared some of the towels had been sitting for a while. Lots of bugs underneath when they were moved. This is a forest home so not unexpected. The only two items everyone noted: There are no towel racks in the bathrooms and there is no soap provided. We’ve stayed in several vrbo properties and they have all provided soap. Not a big deal but wish I had known ahead of time. The wooded setting is so pretty. The view of the lake is amazing and we saw deer, eagles, hawks and turkeys. Overall great place for our family!

Everything was as expected or better . The location was awesome and super close to everything. Kids loved the backyard hammocks. Only downside was the back side neighbor . He was super rude and sometimes mean. Best to not park in the back of the home to avoid dealing with him . Definitely will book again for next year .

This is a great vacation home in a quiet neighborhood. Great location near beaches and parks. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location; away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to town. Waterfront property for kayaking and recreating. Great BBQ/outdoor living space. Second stay for us. We really enjoy this house.

Beautiful home! Great location!

There was plenty of room for our family of 10 with 2 grandchildren on cots we brought. The fenced back garden was great for our grandchildren & furry friends to relax after a day out exploring. The house is located conveniently for walking to down town core & lake. The pool table was a hit with the young & old. The house was clean & the beds comfortable. The only down side was there wasn’t enough coffee mugs for everyone, no wine glasses & general limited selection of glasses. No electric kettle , tea pot for those who prefer tea . It would have been nice to have some tea towels . Luckily there are several thrift stores, where we bought some coffee mugs, kettle & tea pot which we left at the house for future guest. I would stay here again, but would bring a few of the items mentioned above .

Great house for a big group. We really enjoyed the outdoor space by the lake. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would love to come again sometime.

Great place

All of our needs were met! Comfortable beds and the washer and dryer were very convenient. The view was spectacular. We even saw a bald eagle! The deck could use some work (fix the damage, more comfortable patio furniture, include a fire pit) but that’s my only criticism. Right next to Falls Park, Post Falls brewery, Famous Willie’s BBQ, and the freeway. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

This house has a huge deck with wonderful views of trees, mountains, and the lake. You even get some of those same views from inside the family room. It’s part of a private cove with a park, water access, and even a dock slip. It’s wonderful for families, like ours. We were there on a busy Memorial Day weekend and it was still quiet and calm. So nice!
The house is very much a “lake cabin” with simple furnishing and lots of lake/cabin style decor. It has everything you need to rest, watch movies from their huge collection, stare out at the view, or spend your day golfing or out on the lake.

Great, spacious house close to the heart of downtown Coeur D’Alene. Very comfortable place to hang out in. Only issues were the lock is kind of finicky to lock/unlock and one of the bedrooms downstairs has very minimal curtains so it gets very bright. Otherwise great!

The place is fantastic, but difficult to find. When we were there there were no signs and if you arrive after dark as we did the building number is dark so you aren’t sure where you are.
However the condo is clean, well decorated, perfect for up to 6 people, with river views, a balcony overlooking the water with a BBQ. Full kitchen and laundry. Convenient location for Coeur d’Alene as well.

Such a wonderful place. We felt right at home.

A great place to stay. 20 of us slept comfortably. View was great. All the extra stuff was exceptional. Overall, a wonderful experience.
