Really enjoyed this home and how clean it was as well as the proximity to downtown. Only about a 10 min walk and awesome backyard for enjoying the fantastic summer weather. Host was also super communicative. We’ll be back for sure!

This home was Very clean and spacious. Easy check in which is nice. We loved that the kids had there own space down stairs and the adults upstairs. Very good overall

Perfect place if you’re an outdoor type of person, fire pit, fire table, barbecue, hot tub, lawn etc. Will definitely be coming back! Fairly secluded as well, didn’t have to worry too much about neighbors or noise as much as we anticipated.

This is an adorable spot, with great outdoor porches. Can walk to everything and we walked all over town. Quiet neighborhood with mature trees. Lovely. It would be a bit small for 4 adults…one smallish bath. We used the whole house for 2 and it was great.

Perfect! Three couples stayed here while racing IM70.3. Location was perfect! Walking distance to the race and to downtown. The house is loaded with everything that you would need to make a comfortable stay. The back deck is the perfect place to hang out as it gets sun early in the day and then is shaded for afternoon cocktails. The kitchen was stocked will everything you need including sharp knives!

Enjoyed our time in this home. It was well stocked and our mornings and evenings on the deck overlooking the lake were wonderful!

Gotta love the quiet setting in Cave Bay! House had all my parents needed and my wife and I! Clean location and love the updates to the house. We will be back!

Very easy to rent. I suggest maybe extra blankets in the bottom floor seemed as if it was a little cold down there. The stairs to go downstairs are pretty steep, be sure to keep handicapped folks upstairs.

This place was great for our group of 18. There were more than enough individual rooms for couples and multi-bed rooms and couches for the single members. The house itself was very nice and had large enough rooms to fit everyone for different activities. The kitchen, grill, and balconies were also good, with enough space for the whole party to prep, cook, and eat in.
The outdoor spaces were the best part. The backyard was large enough to set up a volleyball net and play actual games. The private dock was extremely well built and allowed us to moor two 24ft boats instead of trailering them each night. The parking was more than adequate. We easily fit 3 trucks, 2 boat trailers, and a car.
Highly recommend. Worth the drive from Tacoma, WA for me and the flights in for about half the group.

Thank You for allowing our group to rent your condo for the week. The unit is great and it is in a great building. I stayed in this development in 2008 when it was Brand New (A different unit), so I had expectations when I booked this unit. The Good: * Great Building and Unit * Incredible View * Well stocked and equipped kitchen and BBQ unit * Quick response and resolution to unforeseeable problems (Clogged Sink and Front Gate code change) The things I would change or short comings from my view as a renter: * No King Sized Bed in any of the rooms. The Master especially, since there is plenty of room to fit * Blackout curtains in the Front 2 bedrooms. I was told that the security lights glare right into the 2 bedrooms.

The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was located in a great area with convenience to Couer d’Alene and centennial trail. I would stay here again if they equipped the apartment with a wagon to haul things from the car to the third floor.

Everything about this house was perfect. Hayden Lake is amazing. I highly recommend it!

This is a wonderful house that met all of our expectations and allowed us to be with and focus on family. The set up of bedrooms and beds made for privacy and group activities through the entire week. Thank you for the opportunity to have our entire family back in CdA and all together!

The condo’s location, privacy (hardly anyone there!) and balcony view were perfect for our family with outings planned in Spokane, Athol, Coeur d’Alene and Montana. We also very much enjoyed 2 local spots within walking distance in Post Falls and the falls themselves were a surprise perk. Nicely appointed and comfortable space for parents and 2 teens. All concerns from previous reviews had been fixed. Would return when in the area! We loved it there!

Very roomy and user friendly. Not a lot of telecommunication options, so it is a great way to unplug and enjoy quiet.

Quiet neighborhood, easy walk to downtown CDA.

Great location! This is a lovely home in the Garden District, a beautiful and quiet neighborhood of homes mostly built in the early 1900s. It is within easy walking distance to Sherman Ave. with shopping and restaurants. The Wednesday Farmer’s Market was a lot of fun and just a few blocks away. Each of the three bedrooms is on a separate level, and all were comfortable and well appointed. Kitchen is also well supplied with all we needed and open to the living area. Overall a very nice and open layout for gatherings.
Home was very clean. And it’s so nice to find homes that welcome dogs!

The house was in a great location. Close enough to walk to the lake or downtown. The neighborhood was very quiet. Beautiful area.
The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had some essentials like spices for cooking and plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. There was plenty of room for the entire Family. The pool room was a plus. Loved having 3 bathrooms. The staff at vacation rentals was very helpful and accommodating. When I had a question they were quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again.

This is our third visit at Riverstone condos and every condo including this one was amazing. Accurately described, comfy beds, close to everything. Had trouble finding the outside door that takes you up to the third floor but we asked the nice lady cleaning the hallways so no big deal.

Great place for a family reunion! We were all comfortable and able to cook large meals without being on top of each other. Would definitely stay again!
