Awesome home and location

We were very pleased with our stay in this condo. It is spacious & overlooks the Spokane River. The sunsets are stunning. The kitchen is equipped for easy meal prep. The washer & dryer came in handy too. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again if available in the future.

Great little house. Minutes away from the course we were playing. Everything we needed was there. Would absolutely rent again.

All of our needs were met! Comfortable beds and the washer and dryer were very convenient. The view was spectacular. We even saw a bald eagle! The deck could use some work (fix the damage, more comfortable patio furniture, include a fire pit) but that’s my only criticism. Right next to Falls Park, Post Falls brewery, Famous Willie’s BBQ, and the freeway. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

The house was perfect and our family enjoyed staying there immensely. The only negative was the truck noise from the interstate (maybe you will have that fixed before we stay there again, ha). We had three families for a mini reunion and everyone had plenty of space. Very positive feed-back from all. The house was lovely.

We loved this home! It’s in a great neighborhood, close to the park, the resort, and the lake. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had great off-street parking. We would definitely stay there again!

Very nice place! Great upstairs, downstairs, and backyard! So close to downtown it made it very easy to enjoy Couer d’Alene!

The house and surrounding neighborhood is amazingly beautiful, and in a great location just a few minutes walk to all the shops, restaurants, and lakefront. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was as expected or better . The location was awesome and super close to everything. Kids loved the backyard hammocks. Only downside was the back side neighbor . He was super rude and sometimes mean. Best to not park in the back of the home to avoid dealing with him . Definitely will book again for next year .

This home and the view is absolutely gorgeous and breathtaking! If you are looking for some rest and relaxing this is definitely the home for that. My entire family loved this home and the amazing views.

This condo seems like it’s brand new. It’s spacious & beautiful. It’s in an awesome location too. We regularly walked to dinner or to the water. We will definately stay here again, and recommend it to friends.

Gorgeous home with spectacular views. Great layout & full of everything you could possibly need.

We were really happy with the quality of the property. It’s a beautiful home with a lot of room for a big group. The kitchen is huge and well stocked. Lots of bedrooms that were very comfortable. The only issue was the bunk room is not as pictured on the website. If I had counted on using all the beds pictured, we would have been short by two beds. The house was reasonably clean though it appeared some of the towels had been sitting for a while. Lots of bugs underneath when they were moved. This is a forest home so not unexpected. The only two items everyone noted: There are no towel racks in the bathrooms and there is no soap provided. We’ve stayed in several vrbo properties and they have all provided soap. Not a big deal but wish I had known ahead of time. The wooded setting is so pretty. The view of the lake is amazing and we saw deer, eagles, hawks and turkeys. Overall great place for our family!
