Cannot say enough good things about this beautiful home! We stayed for a week to celebrate my mother’s 70th birthday and reunite with family and friends. The first day we were there we were greeted in the backyard by an entire herd of elk – WOW! Deer, wild turkeys and more elk were right in the backyard every morning making for some incredible moments! We enjoyed the par-3 course down the street (less than 5 mins away) and played golf at the CDA resort and public course – both fantastic courses! The house was plenty big for our group of 9 with tons of bathroom for everyone to have privacy. The downstairs was awesome for games, getting in a quick workout, and relaxing. We loved the massive kitchen and amenties. Can’t recommend this place enough!

This was the absolute perfect place to gather my family for our daughter’s wedding. It was so spacious and clean. the grandkids had a blast in the basement playroom/bedroom. The other bedrooms were nice and comfortable. The kitchen was enormous and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Living area was absolutely gorgeous and homey. My favorite part was watching the wildlife from the gigantic windows. We could not have asked for a better stay. Thanks a bunch.

The Fernan Lake Lodge is the perfect venue for a relaxed family vacation or a playful group party. In a nutshell, the house is gorgeous, roomy and fun! Most rooms had a well thought out theme. My favorite was probably our cowboy bathroom which had a dreamy picture of Clint Eastwood and a pistol toilet roll holder. The kitchen had everything you’d need to prepare a gourmet meal. And there were board games, a pool table, game room, croquet set and hot tub to keep everyone entertained. We were disappointed the fire pit was off limits due to a burn ban, but there was no control over that. The neighborhood was quiet, and we saw many deer and wild turkeys awandering . Although the location is secluded, it’s a short drive to downtown CDA for shopping or dining out. The property management company was very attentive and responded quickly if we had a question. We were very happy during our stay there, and we think you will be, too!

My friends and I had a wonderful time in this beautiful house by the lake. The view is stunning, especially during sunset.
If you want to hang out for food/coffee/groceries, there are plenty of options in downtown Hayden where is only 10 minutes away by car, including Costco, Walmart, Starbucks, Safeway…you name it!
The house is big and we felt comfortable with large open space.
We also had fun playing pool and table tennis…yes you it’s very handy!
The host was very friendly and helpful with the information I asked for.
We definitely recommend this property, if you travel to this part of Idaho…by the way, Coeur d’Alene is just 25 minutes away, which is a bonus.

This cabin and property is beautiful! It is clean and well stocked with bedding and kitchen necessities. The grandkids loved exploring the property. The deer visited almost daily, along with wild turkeys. It was truly a relaxing vacation in a gorgeous setting and I’d love to return to this cabin the next time we come to Idaho. The staff at VRA were all very helpful and courteous.

Easy to walk to everything. Beach , restaurants, had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay with my husband’s siblings and their spouses. House is well appointed and had more amenities then even listed in the description. Is close to Coeur d’alene but you still felt like you were out in the woods. The swim spa was amazing!!!

Easily housed our eight guests. Location provided superb sunset views, was very quiet. Saw deer and elk on the adjacent ridge.

Awesome Airbnb. Recently remodeled, very clean, and super nice finishes.

Nice place to stay for awhile. The house has a great kitchen with an outdoor gas grill. It was a very comfortable stay.
Only one small complaint is that there isn’t a desk or comfortable chairs for working from home.
Otherwise, it was an excellent place with great hosts.

The home is beautiful and spacious. Of the seven bedrooms, six are comfortable for adults, the seventh, which has three double beds and one twin, is best suited for kids. There is a nice view of the lake. Parking is limited, so plan to bring as few cars as possible. The owners were very responsive to our communications. Everyone in our group of 14 adults really liked the place.

we enjoyed the home with all the fun things to do. Nice that we could walk to downtown I would have liked the home to be better stocked with paper towels, and toilet paper. But all in all the home met our needs.

Wonderful home on a beautiful tree lined street. Easy and flat 10 minute walk to main strip. 5 minute walk to a super family friendly park. Our adult children and our grandkids have a great visit. Thank you to the hosts for providing the prefect home!
