The location on lake CDA, walking distance to the shops and restaurants of downtown CDA was perfect for our stay. Beautiful views of the lake and a large park with children’s play area across the street. Home was clean and well appointed. Host responded to our 1 question promptly, check in and out was smooth. 5 star stay.

Our stay was excellent. Upon arriving at the Airbnb complex, we were welcomed by beautiful river views, with restaurants conveniently located on both sides. The condo itself was inviting and exceptionally clean, featuring a well-stocked kitchen with plenty of cookware and utensils, comfortable bedrooms, and a peaceful balcony overlooking the active Centennial Trail. The space felt unique, thoughtfully designed, and tastefully decorated throughout. We truly enjoyed our stay, appreciate the hospitality, and would be happy to return in the future.

Such a beautiful place and the location was great with having small children. The house sits directly across the street from a park and is walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, and lake. We really enjoyed our stay and will book again in the future. We extended our stay and vacation rental authority got back to our request immediately and were very accomidating. I highly recommend renting with them.
We loved this place and wish we could rent it
We loved this place and wish we could rent it long term. The backyard was great! The inside of the house was very nice and usable. There were plenty of cooking items for use. What really made this house Amazing to us were the neighbors. The kids and adults alike were kind and welcoming. Oh, one issue was that the tile in the main floor shower had fallen out of the window well. We told the cleaning lady.

Truly a wonderful stay with our family at this beautiful place. Once we walked through the front door, we realized why the previous reviews we so very good. The character and ambiance of this place made you feel like you were home. Although parts of the house remind you of a historic log cabin, other parts of the house are updated, and we found the home well stocked with everything you need to make a comfortable stay. The area allowed us to have some great walks around the beautiful, forested neighborhood. We will put this on our FAVORITE list for another future stay. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in this wonderful country creekside space.

We stayed 4 nights with our family consisting of 3 generations. This was our 2nd year in a row staying here and will definitely be back again next year! The house is set up perfect for large families and had everything we needed including an awesome view.

This was a very clean home and yard. Nice attention to detail and our one difficulty with the icemaker was handled very quickly, even on a holiday! Comfortable furniture. Good water pressure. Extra puzzles and games that were available to the kids were very helpful (also highchair). Good linens and towels provided. If you want plastic dishes for your kids you may need to bring them. Liked the filtered water dispenser in refrigerator. Comfy beds. Great location for walking to town and parks.

Host answered pre arrival questions quickly! Very comfortable home for 10 adults. Tidy, clean – very comfortable beds (2 king suites). Lovely back yard patio, quiet neighborhood. Great location to Tubbs trail and Sanders beach. Good parking. Fun ping pong and gas grill worked great.

This home is in a fabulous location with views through the windows to the lake on one side and the park and lake on another. It’s an easy walk to the hotel, marina, park and downtown. It’s spacious enough for a large group, but we had 3 couples and our goal when booking was for each couple to have their own bathroom. Because of the odd layout with one bedroom and 2 1/2 baths upstairs versus 3 bedrooms and 1 small bath downstairs, this created an awkward situation for one couple to have to go back and forth up and down the stairs. We did not pick up on this detail in the listing. It would be helpful to see floor plans for both floors in the gallery. We were able to do this on other homes which made it much clearer. The home was clean and kitchen well equipped and updated. The rest of the house could use some updating though. The property managers were very responsive. We had a tv problem and they had someone come by very quickly to fix it.

We had a fantastic stay in CDA at this property. The location was amazing, the views over lake stunning, and the house itself is beautiful and tastefully appointed. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed to happily host a family of 12 with two little ones as well. Heaps of space, especially for games and the spa and pool table were a hit. 10/10 recommend and would love to come back!
