This place is amazing! Everything was clean and new, we had the best time with the shuffleboard table upstairs! This will be the only place we stay when we are in town again!

Did a weekend trip with some friends from out of town to go boating on the lake. The house was well kept and had everything we needed. House isn’t the most up to date but that was fine. Late August the private dock was too shallow to keep a boat there so we had to launch daily which took away from the reason we picked this place but it is listed in the description so maybe that’s on me. Easy to work with the company

While we expected a beautiful home based off of the previous reviews and photos, there is no way to accurately portray how amazing this place is without seeing it in person. Everything was perfect, down to the bedding and pillows. Every fork was in the right location and the views are unmatched. if the size of this home, along with the budget, matches up with what you were looking for, do not look any further. This is the place.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the house. It was exactly like the online pictures and descriptions looked like. There was plenty of space both inside and out. It was the perfect house for our family reunion! The only opportunity for improvement is to replace the mattress in the main bedroom. It was very uncomfortable. Other than that, it was lovely!

We stayed here for Labor Day weekend and feel very lucky to have found this hidden gem! Spent most of our time on the deck because the views of the lake and the surrounding areas were too good to miss out on! All in all we had a great experience here and would not hesitate to come back.

Wonderful stay and location

This vacation property enabled our entire family to meet up and enjoy a great week together. We didn’t even use the dining area or the living room as the huge kitchen island was large enough for all 14 of us to eat and hang out while prepping meals. Everyone had their own bedroom and there were enough bathrooms to suit our needs. We really enjoyed the outdoor space for playing games. The location is quiet yet close enough to CDA to enjoy any activity that we wanted. We highly recommend this property for a memory making experience. Thanks for the great hospitality 🙂

This was the perfect cozy home with great walkability to downtown to enjoy nights out. We will make sure to stay there again.

We had an amazing time at the property. Beautiful house and location. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock at the community park. We saw deer every night which is as a hit with the kids. Comfortable stay and can’t wait to visit again someday.

Absolutely LOVED the place!! Looked just like the pics and was so well done! So nice being right ON the water. Like the deck literally almost leans over the water so just a few steps down and you’re in! Water is so crystal clear and the weather was perfect! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our anniversary! We will definitely be returning!

We loved this place!!! It was perfectly located and so cute, clean and perfect for our group. We had two married couples so we each got our own room with attached bathroom. We absolutely loved it!!!

This beautiful home had plenty of space for our family of 12. Kitchen was well appointed, and even had a waffle iron, which made it great for large family meals. Patio offered lots of seating. And the kids room off the garage allowed for some peace and quiet inside. Extremely clean, and close to everything.

The highlight of this condo is the view of the river! It place was clean, conveniently located, had an elevator for my older mother and was quiet. We were sad to have to leave.

View, view, view! Sit on the deck and watch the osprey catch fish. Enjoy the sunset, sunrise from a sparkling clean, well thought out beautifully renovated home. The most well equipped kitchen of any rental I have ever stayed in. Amazing view of the lake, fun to be had right down the steps at the deep water dock. Kayak, paddle board, hike, walk, swim, rent a boat next door, pontoon, ski, surf. Town is a quick 5 minute ride if a dinner out is what you want. A well fenced yard so absolutely no worry if you do bring a small four legged friend. Super responsive and helpful management team. I would absolutely recommend this rental and we look forward to going back next summer!

Wow! If you’re looking for a place to stay in the Post Falls/CDA area, look no further! Location is super easy to jump on the freeway and head to Spokane or CDA. I normally shy away from staying in short term rentals managed by a rental company because those houses feel impersonal and uncomfortable– this house is the exact opposite! Comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen, plenty of bath towels, extras like cribs, toys/games, beach towels and even a wagon and bikes! The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful and safe and the private riverside park is a fun addition! The house was so comfortable for the 8 of us – we will definitely be back, we felt just like we were at home! The rental company provided helpful messages and suggestions for the area as well as clear directions to find and enter the home. Thanks again for allowing us to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It has plenty of space and also worked for our son-in-law who is a quadriplegic and in a wheel chair. He just had to use his ramps to get into the house and used a small ramp to get in and out of the shower. The only disappointing thing was that the children could not swim at the house. The lake was very mossy and green and not a good place for swimming, ever from the dock. Everything else was great. Thank you for letting us use your home.

We had an excellent stay on this beautiful property!
The home itself was clean and spacious, it was also stocked up with toiletries, cooking utensils, dishes, etc. – it was very comfortable and felt like home.
My only caveat was the lack of privacy in the backyard due to the fence not going all the way around. It’s also a REALLY quiet neighbourhood, so we just didn’t feel too comfortable utilizing the back yard as we didn’t want to make any noise.
Host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would recommend this property!

We had a wonderful expirience here. Just 2 blocks up from the beach, the location of the house was awesome! Neighborhood is quiet and serene. The house itself was beautiful and well maintained with plenty of entertainment for everyone including a ping pong table that the kids thoroughly enjoyed. 10/10 would recommend and hopefully will get to stay again soon!

What a fun property!! There is room for all. Lots of eating spaces too. We loved eating on the wonderfully lighted back porch. The kitchen is amazingly stocked. We appreciated all the towels provided. Plenty to shower with and dry off from all the water play. We brought must of our own toys to play with in the water but they also provided fun.
