Beautiful spacious house in a very pleasant neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and it was great to have a downstairs area for the kids.

Beautiful, peaceful home. Good communication from rental company. It seems to be a bigger organization running it. Only qualm was there was a lot of bird poop on the deck when we got there but I’m sure if we reached out, they would have fixed it for us.

Cute little place and conveniently located. We did a lot of walking while we were there. I would stay here again.

Great house! Perfect for a family with small kids. Fenced back yard. Conveniently located to downtown and lake. Great park next door. Cable did not work in the living room. Upgrade to satellite would be nice.

This Shoreline Retreat was the perfect family reunion getaway. We enjoyed the comfort of the home, the beautiful back yard, the quick access to beautiful walks and hikes and how close it was to town to enjoy some of the local restaurants. Thank you for a lovely first impression of Cor de Lain. We will be back.

Property is roomy, nicely maintained, and in a great location to walk to downtown. We had a lovely time and would stay here again.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Beach Cottage. My son graduation from UI and we decided to celebrate in Coeur d’Alene. The house was perfect for us. Walking distance to downtown and a beautiful backyard to hang out. My doggie loved it too! We will be back!!!

Great location, clean and supplies provided for laundry, dishes, trash. Etc. ice maker needs fixed so we bought our ice, water has strong iron odor. But will book again.

We all had such a wonderful time at this property, the space worked well for our family, we used the gym, with top rated equipment, we enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings, we cooked big meals in the well stocked kitchen, the games were a blast. Would definitely love to stay here again.

We were in Coeur d’alene for a soccer tournament and this worked out perfect! Walking distance to downtown and the water, great restaurants and shopping. Would stay again for sure!

This property is beautifully appointed, centrally located, and provided a perfect home base for our group. We mad multiple families gather for a weekend to visit Silverwood and Triple Play. We were able to walk to dinner in Midtown, and also used the gas grill, home gym, and hot tub. There’s even a basketball hoop set up in the street. It was perfect for our friend gathering.

I took a group of colleagues for a team building retreat. Great location and the house is very nice. The bedroom door on the main suite upstairs would not stay shut, which was a little annoying, but other than that, the home was great. Love the area and would bring my family there to stay. Thanks for letting us use this home!

The house is large and very comfortable. Beautiful view of the lake. Jacuzzi was so relaxing!! Just two drawbacks, stove is a bit finicky, always clicking to ignite gas burners. Also, we could hear critters scratching/digger on the walls. Life in the beautiful wilderness. A few sightings of deer too! Would stay again!

The unit was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The location is perfect – just off the Spokane River within the Riverstone resort, and less than 2 miles from downtown Coeur d’Alene. The few questions we had were handled promptly and efficiently. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location, close to parks, lake, stores,restaurants and shopping. Clean, lots of amenities and great rooms and bathrooms for our family. Would definitely recommend staying here and we would stay here again!
