Excellent property. Great layout and location!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was what we needed with two kiddos. It was located close enough to Post Falls for easy, fast meal deliveries but also had an equipped kitchen for when we had enough time to cook. The house was well decorated and cozy. The only problem we had was the vent didn’t work in the room where my baby was staying. It was a little slow getting a hold of someone to help even with the after hours emergency line (it was New Years Eve) but once we got someone, they fixed it immediately and the heat was fine I’m the bedroom. Great place. I recommend.

The home is on three levels, which is great for giving some separation in a large home with multiple families/generations. The baby could be napping peacefully downstairs, with cooking and conversation in kitchen dining room, and game-playing upstairs while husband was working in the office. The home is bigger than it looks from outside and very comfortable. We loved walking in the neighborhood and the access to Tubbs Hill and downtown was perfect for families who enjoy a little hike. Really liked this place!

This home is in a wonderful gated community with lake access. The pictures are an accurate representation. We especially enjoyed the downstairs family room as the sofa in front of the fireplace was comfortable and large. Having a king bed in 3 of the 4 bedrooms was fantastic and an unusual arrangement for a rental. There is access to the lake, a large balcony and a hot tub, but due to the weather (rain and snow) we did not get to enjoy these features. I would advise anyone staying there during the winter that the driveway is rather steep and if it becomes icy and snowy it’s difficult to get up to the main road. I would deffinitely rent this property again.

Beautiful 3 bedroom home with gorgeous views of the lake. Had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Very clean and appreciated the abundance of towels especially with the sweet hot tub that fit our whole family comfortably. Top tier stay.

This home was spacious and lovely! The shuffle board definitely allowed for some family fun. The home was perfect for our group and family vacation. Would highly consider it again in the summer months due to its proximity to downtown, tubbs Hill, the CDA trails etc etc. The hosts were in touch and available in case we needed anything.

We had a wonderful time. The house is gorgeous. The proximity to downtown was wonderful. There was some construction across the street but it was barely noticeable inside. I would definitely stay with them again.
