Fantastic views of Hayden Lake.

Spectacular home! The layout was perfect for our large family, it was clean & cozy, and the view was gorgeous! Loved the large kitchen table, all of the plates and glasses, the grill, air fryer, and lots of outdoor seating. There were several deer and wild turkeys on the drive up to the home and in the area behind the deck. It was definitely one of our favorite family vacations! Thank you for accommodating us, we truly appreciate it!

The “Just Beachy” house was perfect for our family. It was very clean. The home and decor was represented very well on Vrbo’s website. Everything about this house was very high quality and absolutely gorgeous!!! It was also very comfortable and user friendly. The Wifi worked very well. The close proximity (walkable) to the beach areas and to Tubbs Hill trailhead were highlights. The downtown area was also very close (a few minutes by car). We loved the (partial) lake view from the deck. The house was very well stocked with kitchen items (including spices!), toys, games, blankets/bedding, some beach items, TV’s, blow dryers in each bathroom, etc. Everything about this house is very well thought out and guests are very appreciative of that. Also, the Vrbo team did an excellent job of answering our questions and always responded very quickly. We had a wonderful trip and we highly recommend this property!!!

Nice big house, lots of room! The kitchen was well stocked (with some new non-stick pans). It’s right across the street from the beach and city park (which is very clean!) Unfortunately the carousel is only open on the weekends once school is back in session. And we waited too long to book the sunset dinner cruise, it was sold out – on a weeknight after school started up! It’s an easy walk to the resort and downtown. We walked back from the resort in the dark, 9 pm, and felt very safe going through the park. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and another livingroom are downstairs – it’s hard to tell that from the pictures of the house. The stairway is split with a landing in the middle. Footsteps (creaking) from upstairs were heard downstairs. The downstairs shower is very small, but there’s another full bathroom at the top of the stairs. We would stay again.

Beautiful, large, well decorated home. Very roomy and comfortable for 13 adults. Great location and nice outdoor areas. Comfortable beds. The only suggestion would be to add a hot tub. We would recommend this property.

Great place, would stay there again

This house was beautiful. It was clean, well furnished, well stocked. There was lots of space to accommodate our group. It is in a good location. We enjoyed walking down to the lake, hiking Tubbs hill and walking to local restaurants The staff at vacation rental authority are very quick to respond to questions and the reservation, check in and check out processes were very smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

The house was laid out perfectly for our family. It was clean and big enough for us to have a few friends over as we celebrated our wedding on the lake, and had a whole weekend of events. The location was wonderful! We love CDA and will return as soon as we can!

The nicest two bedroom air bnb in town! Enjoyed all the natural light and high ceilings were a huge plus! The house was very clean and well stocked. We will be back!

Really enjoyed our time here. The backyard was well used, and the double decks were such a treat in the warm sun. The kitchen was well stocked, and the house very clean. We would love to stay here again next year.

We really enjoyed our stay in Coeur d’Alene for the month of September 2026. The house is situated on a road just above the lake. It has a great view of the lake from the main and upper floors. There is a street between the place and the lake that can be noisy at times but quiets down in the evening. The master bedroom on the upper level was large with a king bed and plenty of closet and dresser space. The master bath area was good-sized with a shower, large tub, and double vanity. The toilet was in with the shower. There is a second bedroom off the living room on the main level and a second full bathroom with tub. They are not directly connected. The washer/dryer is located in the lower level. Also on the lower level is the third bedroom with a full bathroom off the hallway. The house was well-equipped, and the appliances worked well. There was a dining table with six chairs. The living room area had a large couch and two chairs. The TV set was good sized and worked well. We used our own firestick. The internet speed was good, and the connection worked well for our purposes. Access to the house is via a keypad on the front door. The garage is attached to the house and can be used but the garage door opener does not work. The area is beautiful, clean, and safe. We enjoyed the fantastic views from the deck, living room and the master bedroom. The grill and hot tub on the patio worked well. We did not use the fire pit. The manager’s communication was prompt and complete. We would rent this place again.

We had a great time in the Beach House. Everything seem to work fine. But we want to make the following statement. Last week out TV lost control of YOUTUBETV. We were unable to fix the problem. We called the office and spoke with Chris and he immediately came to our house. He had the knowledge that was needed to fix the problem and get the YOUTUBETV going again. At first he could not figure out how the station disappeared, but he kept at it until everything worked just fine. We want to give high praise to Chris. He sets a good example for your organization.
