Great home – good open space – worked out well for our golf trip.

We stayed for a week and absolutely loved the home. As dog people, having the dog door into the back yard was the #1 reason we chose this one. It is a small cottage, not a 3,000 foot home, but was perfect for a short stay. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. The grill cooked some amazing chicken. Our daughter flew in from Florida and the basement suite was perfect for her. The only issue was the head room on the stairs going down, but they even included a cute “Watch You Head” sign. There were a few very minor questions we had and the management teams was VERY responsive. If you are a walker, especially a dog walker, it is a great walking neighborhood. Everyone was friendly except for the flock of wild turkeys around the corner. They for some reason did not want to play with my lab mix. And it is just four blocks to the Tubbs Hill trail system on the edge of the lake. It is a moderately steep but short climb to the top of the hill or you can stay level and take the two mile walk around the hill along the lakeshore. If you are looking for a cozy cottage to have a quiet hideaway, this is it. And if the weather is nice, the back yard is even more welcoming than the inside. It’s fenced and great for kids or dogs. If you would like to go out for food or shopping, there are lots of one-of-a-kind shops and restaurants in the ¾ mile between home and the Coeur d’Alene resort. There is a definite reason this home has 10/10 reviews.

Great place

The house and location is perfect! Everything was clean. Each room has its own bathroom. It is a quick walk to the lake front area. Close to grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants (within walking distance). Couldn’t have asked for a better place! I highly recommend this house!

This place was just what our family wanted. We had a wonderful week sightseeing, relaxing in the hot tub overlooking the lake and enjoying family time playing pool. I would highly recommend this place

Great views from both deck and family room. Condo was clean and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Very small minor drawback there were no coffee filters (so 1st morning before we could to store had no way to make coffee) and TV is only streaming (we adapted but might be an issue for some)

This place was beautiful, the checkin process swas easy and the house had everything we needed. The location was easy to find and we had no issues staying there. The kids loved the ping pong table/pool table and it was nice to be able to disconnect form the world for a few days. We totally recommend this place!

Our extended family group of eight adults, two small children, and a baby found the Post Falls property to be ideal for a long weekend gathering. The house was spotless and contained not only comfortable beds for the adults, but wonderful bunk beds for the two preschoolers in our group. It was also well outfitted with children’s toys, games, big screen TVs, and two large family seating areas. The kitchen was one of the most well-equipped we have seen for a short-term rental unit, and supported us well through several large family meals and picnics. The neighborhood is quiet and safe for walking, and the location is central for all activities in Coeur d’Alene and Spokane.

We loved our stay. It was so awesome being right on the water. The space was great for our family of 6. Checkin was easy. The next time we visit Lake CDA we would love to stay again.

This was my first longer stay at an Airbnb (approx 2 weeks) and I wasn’t disappointed. Clean house, fully stocked, nice safe neighborhood, good location. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing experience!

Perfect place for our family with adult children and preschool age grandchildren. Everyone had their own space but there was also plenty of room for us to gather. We enjoyed the backyard and walking to the beach access.

We loved our family vacation at this house. It has amazing views, well stocked and was perfect to fit our large family. We would definitely stay here again.
