We stayed in a beautiful property near lake Hayden. Comfortable living space and kitchen and deck for relaxing at the end of our day. Kitchen well stocked w appliances utensils and pans and dishes. This property was in close proximity within 15 minutes of where we wanted to go each day. Overall excellent! Cindy L

Had a great stay at this beautiful home! It’s in a great location, handy to downtown and bike/walking trails. House was very clean and appears to be a fairly new home. Beds were comfortable! And it had all we needed to cook and grill. We enjoyed sitting out in front porch as well as back patio. Would definitely book here again if we get back this way!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The view was gorgeous, the home was clean and fresh, and everyone had their own space. The kitchen was well stocked along with the laundry room. We fought over the towel warmer and enjoyed all the activities in the game room. There was an epic dart tournament during our stay which ended up with all of us buying our own dart board. The private dock was perfect to park our boat and have easy access to it during our stay. The only hiccup we experienced was having to find a place to park our boat trailer during our stay. We appreciated the efforts of our host in solving the issue, but it still took some stress in finding a safe space that allowed overnight parking. Luckily we only had to worry about it for 1 night, thanks to our host and their assistance. I think having safe, permitting options listed would be helpful in the future. Everything else definitely overshadowed our parking issue to make it a perfect vacation to end the summer.

My sisters and I came for a family reunion at Settlers Creek with our husbands so we were 3 couples. The house worked so seas it is 3 floors and each couple had their own space and bathroom. Coffee on deck each morning was lovely. Beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. Even though it was very hot, the air conditioning worked great. We were all very comfortable. We had a lovely stay in this beautiful home! Everything was exactly as described, and we were very comfortable with five adults and a baby. The hot tub with mood lights topped off our first day, and the views were phenomenal. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home!

What an amazing place! Spacious, comfortable, and spectacular views. Great location: feels peaceful and secluded, but only a couple minute drive to restaurants, coffee, Fernan Lake dock (great for fishing!) and downtown CDA. Lots of wildlife (deer, elk, turkeys) in the neighborhood which was really fun! Thank you so much for a great stay!

Great location – walkable to the main downtown area, parks, and lake/hiking trails. Loved the front porch which looks out at a local park. Restaurants, activities are all within walking distance. It was also nice to walk around the neighborhoods.
