We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in CDA. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach and still walkable to parks and into town. The house was very clean and well-appointed. The backyard is relaxing and beautiful. The kitchen is well-appointed. We will stay again!

This is a great property – plenty of room for sleeping and the kitchen is well equipped. Our family had a great time swimming, fishing and enjoying games. Loved the canoe and row boat supplied by the host. Will definitely look to stay here again. Lots of stairs in the house and down to the lake so be aware of this if anyone has mobility issues.

The condo was comfortable and clean. It had most everything one would need in the kitchen to cook a meal if desired. Bathrooms were clean and the bed was actually comfortable as was the bedding. They could provide Kleenex tissue, that would be a nicety. Ya, it sounds petty but everyone needs a tissue at some point! There was a small selection of dvd’s and board games if one desired some home style entertainment. I would recommend this condo, it was an enjoyable stay and close to everything.

Great house and location. Glad the water was high enough to swim in. The interior is a bit dated and could use a remodel but other than that it was a great house!

This rental property is adorable! The private backyard set up with a grill, patio set and white lights strung above is perfect for evening gatherings. A very cute set up inside with all the amenities needed for a long stay! Great kitchen & dining area with sitting area to relax in. Bedrooms are very spacious! Property managers(VRA) were very helpful throughout the rental process-great communication about rental and activities around the Coeur ‘d Alene area! I Highly recommend them!

The house worked out great for us. It was centrally located and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of glassware and dishes. We enjoyed walking to the lake and downtown. We would stay there again!

This property was very spacious, clean and great for large families. An absolutely gorgeous location with beautiful view and the contact person is extremely responsive and on top of things.

We stayed here for a little weekend girls trip (some of us local, some not) and the location was perfect. Easy access to marinas and our favorite restaurants.

Great house! Stayed as a family of 6 with our adult children and their significant others. Everyone felt they had their own space but also lots of room to come together as a family to eat and play games. The views are beautiful and there were lots of things to do in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the best vacation rental experience I’ve had. We decided we wanted really nice, clean, luxurious accommodations for our family trip and this house was magnificent. We loved the neighborhood and proximity to the lakefront and beach. I appreciated the lack of clutter and very clean bathrooms and kitchen. The bedrooms were generously sized and just beautifully furnished and decorated. The host is fantastic, too, providing great communication and local recommendations. We will be back again next year!

The house was perfect for our family reunion. The kitchen allowed us to cook meals for 12 people – great selection of pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. The house had several living spaces where we could spread out and gather. The bedrooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. The house is close enough to town to shop and take advantage of outdoor activities. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely return.

Amazing house with everything you need! Had all the little things anyone could want – laundry, kitchen, hairdryer, etc. We used the grill and fire table the first night for a nice evening. Walkable to everything and very quiet. We will stay again if in the area. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for a family trip to celebrate a 70th birthday. The home is beautiful and its location on the lake is perfect. We would definitely return!

Perfect stay for our family of 4, place is clean and quiet over looking beautiful Spokane river ,has everything to accommodate 8 night stay. kitchen was equipped with essential cook ware to make a simple meals, laundry machine works great, location only 2 minute away of I 90. a good home based to explore beautiful North Idaho. there are a few good restaurant within walking distant. Cross the river there are a playground and a place to swim , near famous Centennial Trail. Vacation Rental management very communicative and easy to reach.
