Good for a large group of people

This place was perfect for a group of 14. The house was way nicer in person than it was in the pictures.

My family and I visit CDA multiple times a year and were very excited to find a place so close to my sister that had bedrooms for everyone. The place was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Very straightforward check-in. We cooked meals every day together and had everything we needed – kitchen was very well stocked. We had plenty of space and our dogs loved the large yard. Will absolutely book again in the future!

Our large family of 15 stayed at this wonderful home over Christmas. The home and property are beautiful and there was plenty of room for us to enjoy our Christmas morning in the large main living area. The children enjoyed the games, toys and TV room downstairs which was perfect to give everyone lots of room to enjoy their own space. The property managers were amazing and were very fast to respond to a question we had even though it was Christmas Eve. We really enjoyed our stay!

Book it!!! We had the most magical stay, views are unbelievable! Eagles return there every winter. We saw 50 one day, and throughout our trip all over this area. Many right from the deck! You can see Mineral Ridge from the house, go hike it, absolutely magnificent.
The home was spotless, spacious, and cozy. We had plenty of room, plenty of bathrooms, and loved the huge hot tub. Kitchen fabulous and functional!
We saw two local deer many times throughout our stay.
If you are staying in Idaho, this is the place you want to be.

Great overall. Wonderful kitchen set up and beautiful views. We have stayed twice, both in January and it’s worth noting the hot tub has a very hard time getting to an adequate degree and never got over 100 while we were there. Maintenance maintained it was the cold weather that the hot tub had a hard time getting to between 102-104. Never heard of this issue before even in freezing temps but maybe that’s the case. We also stayed in more average temps for winter and it still didn’t get up to a normal temp for a hot tub. Only disappointing part of our stay.

We had a great stay. Very fun little place with a great walkable neighborhood, plenty of activities, shopping, and restaurants within minutes from the front door. Nice, dog friendly backyard as well as a clean house with enough room for everyone to relax. Would stay here again!!

We had several families come together for Christmas at the house. There was plenty of room for everyone and the location was perfect.

Fantastic location, amazing views and very comfortable home overall. Liked the brand new (or so they all seemed) appliances, kitchen ware, and how clean all the space was. Would have enjoyed having a fireplace we could have used but I understand the liability.

We had an amazing stay at City Beach House. The house and neighborhood for perfect for hanging out and enjoying a relaxing week in the beautiful CDA. Our kids loved the bunk room and the kitchen/living room were awesome for cooking and enjoying our time with friends and family.

My husband, our two boys (11 and 13) and I stayed at the property over Christmas. It was a great property for us! The view over the lake was amazing from the awesome living room windows. Our boys loved the pool and ping pong. We enjoyed hours of board game fun in the downstairs game room. Communication with the property managers was excellent and they provided amazing local recommendations. Close to CDA and Hayden but far enough to enjoy the beautiful nature/views at the house.

Enjoyed having the open living room for our family murder mystery party. It was comfortable and cozy. Sleeping spaces were able to accommodate us and because the kitchen was so well stocked, we cooked all of our meals. Would love to stay there during the summer months!

Excellent!

The house was perfect for our small group of four and could easily fit four more people without feeling crowded. The house and furnishings were very nice and comfortable. The view and location you can’t beat! We will definitely rent this property again on our next visit.

The property was truly amazing! Beautiful house that was perfect for a large group. Fit 5 couples comfortably. We loved the hot tub, playing games at the massive table and how close of a walk to DT it was. Would stay again.

Great place to stay for a relaxing getaway!

Beautiful home, lovely location. Kitchen was well equipped. Home decorated well, even had holiday touches. Wonderful accommodation for an extended family holiday, plenty of room to spread out, cool game room. Will definitely consider for another time.

The place was clean and well stocked. It would be good to leave instructions as to how to use the air fryer in the oven.

The view was amazing! The hot tub was fantastic! Loved all the extra blankets during the very cold weather. Property management was very responsive when there was a cold weather issue.

Had a wonderful stay with 3 generations of our family. Place was exactly as advertised and worked well for all of us. The views were spectacular! Kitchens had all the appliances, dishes, and tools for cooking. Bedrooms had lots of blankets, and bathrooms had lots of towels. Only issue was that we couldn’t get either of the 2 TVs to broadcast network TV.
