The house was absolutely wonderful! It was cozy yet spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay. We loved being able to spend time both inside and outside, and the neighborhood was such a pleasant surprise. We met several of the neighbors, and everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We stayed here for the Coeur d’Alene car show, and having the extra space to comfortably move the car in and out was a huge plus. After getting to know the neighbors, we felt very comfortable and safe leaving the car parked outside overnight. One of the highlights was meeting a gentleman who had actually owned the home in the past, as well as his parents. It was such a neat connection and really showed how special this community is. Overall, we had an amazing stay and truly appreciated the beautiful home, the wonderful neighborhood, and the hospitality. We would absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

Stoneridge is a very, very nice clean place. We’re calling the host for help. They’re very pleasant very helpful and gave the right information. The pool area was not five star but nice in adequate. The pool itself is large and very nice overall I definitely recommend it.

Beautiful spot and very comfortable

We loved out trip to Coeur d’Alene, and this AirB&B was the perfect location for walking to downtown. Clean and comfortable home.

Very comfy and enjoyed the sounds of creek while visiting in the screened area. Perfect for family gatherings as kitchen is big and is heart of the home. Baby was happy with separate room for quiet sleeping!!

This home is absolutely beautiful! We’ll stay here again on our next trip to Silverwood for sure. Also an excellent location with many things to do in all directions, and in a very beautiful, peaceful neighborhood.

Really nice place with an unbeatable location. It was great to be able to walk to midtown in a few minutes and downtown in about 15.Amenities were exactly as described and in good condition. We only cooked a little, but everything we needed was present in the kitchen. The yard is excellent and the next door neighbors were very kind and friendly. The king bed was slightly too soft for my preference, but the queen bed was firmer so we just slept in there. Nothing at all wrong with either bed since people have different preferences for mattresses. Very good stay, smoothly managed by the hosts. We would stay again.

This house had everything we needed. The view is so beautiful. We played games (that were in the closet) every night and had the best time! We really enjoyed our stay.

Well equipped kitchen, relaxing deck with comfortable chairs, plenty of towels & supplies in the bathrooms, comfortable beds, parking was tight but I drive a large vehicle so I’m used to squeezing in, short drive to Costco & good restaurants. We were in town on a golf trip & the house was a short drive from the courses we played. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay here for so many reasons. You simply cannot beat the location – it’s steps to a quiet beach and very short drive to downtown, the resort, Tubbs Hill, and grocery store. The home was very clean and well-stocked. The various levels gave everyone a quiet space of their own. It was a safe place for our little ones – age 4 and (almost) 2. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in the area.

This was my first longer stay at an Airbnb (approx 2 weeks) and I wasn’t disappointed. Clean house, fully stocked, nice safe neighborhood, good location. I would definitely stay here again.
