This house is every bit as beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable as the photos suggest, with an amazing view. It served as a good home base for our family while visiting Silverwood, which is a short drive away. We appreciated the ample parking, extra bedding, abundant towels, comfortable beds, and choice of feather or foam pillows. The extra convection oven was great, and having two sitting areas—one with a TV and one without—worked perfectly for our group.A couple of things did put a damper on the experience. The house contains a substantial collection of strongly partisan and socially prescriptive books, including “How to Talk to a Liberal If You Have To”, “Liberalism Is a Mental Disease”, and many socially prescriptive Laura Schlessinger books. We were surprised to encounter this in such an otherwise well prepared vacation rental, and it made us feel unexpectedly very unwelcome. Management explained the home was purchased furnished, they hadn’t inventoried the books, & they will now pay more attention to this.Also, prospective Jul/Aug renters should know that this part of Hayden Lake has had recurring harmful algae blooms with advisories not to swim. We were disappointed to discover this last minute, since we had assumed the lake would be part of the summer experience. We think this is worth disclosing when booking a lakefront property.Finally, one member of our group who is very sensitive to mold had their allergy activated during the stay.

Everything was great at this property! For future guests, it might be nice to provide a pack ‘n’ play for guests with young children. We ended up buying one. Other than that, it was well equipped and in a great location. Thank you

Overall, our stay at this property was very enjoyable. Well stocked with necessities and the location was perfect for lakes and golf nearby.

Amazing place. Had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Kitchen was well stocked and we especially enjoyed sitting on the patio mornings and evenings. Would stay here again!!!

Just what I was looking for!

My sister and I brought our parents here for their 50th anniversary. Excellent stay. The home was super clean and in a great location. Its about 5-10 min from the charming downtown area. Even being that close to the city, while at the home, you feel secluded which was exactly what we were looking for. There were a couple of minor issues with the shades in the living area and the AC upstairs but nothing that couldn’t be easily navigated or fixed. Highly recommend this property.

Great stay!

Loved our family time on the lake!!! We had 8 adults and 2 kids and it was great!! The outside deck and dock area were amazing. We also enjoyed fishing from the dock ! We definitely would stay here again .

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We love the spacious main floor for family time. A word of caution though, the stairs going up are super steep, fine for teenagers but not for older folks .

Definitely would stay here again. A few blocks from excellent breakfast places and an Anytime Fitness gym. Within 15 minutes walk you are in the heart of downtown and the lake. Great restaurants great vibe and plenty to do boat tours awesome plenty of hiking. It’s just a beautiful place to spend time in the summer
