House is just as described. Location is really awesome – walking distance to lake, docks, downtown area and an amazing playground and splash pad for kids. Backyard is really pretty, we had a great time grilling back there. Would definitely recommend, especially for groups – the house is kind of spread out so there’s different areas for everyone to have their own space

We loved the scenery. Perfect for going out on the side-by-side. Do not let the outside of the house fool you. The inside was clean and well kept. Could have had a bit more stock – like another set of kitchen towels (so you have a set while a set is being washed), tissue (Kleenex) was not found, zip lock bags or storage containers for packing a cooler, and something like a Swiffer mop – so we could run a quick clean mid week. House was cool in temperature and all the appliances where working and modern. If you do not mind a bit of a rustic outside – it is well worth the stay!!

Very peaceful location. The setup was quite unique, it is above a garage used for a business, but still very private.

We had a wonderful vacay and July 4th in Post Falls. All the fireworks were amazing. We enjoyed meals on the patio watching jet skiers, paddle boarders and boats, as well as, the perfect formations of the lines of geese in the water. The house was a perfect blend of the serenity of the lake and close proximity to Coeur D’Alene.

Stayed here with our work team and it was very easy to get to, close to town. It was a great set up with two separate living rooms, comfortable deck. Would also be very well set up for family use to.

This house was perfect to get together with family and adult children. We had a great time.There were two kitchens and 6 bedrooms plus 3 living rooms. Plenty of space for everyone.

We had to find a place for 9 people after our place we had reserved backed out on renting it, so it was a last minute rental. We were very pleased with this place, it was the perfect size for our family. We loved the backyard with the fresh strawberries & raspberries.

Wonderful place and will go back again. There were a few issues of items that needed attention. I mentioned these to the management people and I believe that they will take care of those issues

We had a great stay in Post Falls. It was very clean and spacious and Vacation Rental was very responsive and proactive in reaching out to see how things were going.

Beautiful view of the Lake. Clean and modern. Well appointed kitchen. Great place for family time!

This house was perfect for our party of 8. Spacious and lots of amenities for our stay. The location CANNOT be beat, we walked everywhere to the downtown area for coffee and food and just a little farther to get to the water. Host was very responsive to our questions and quickly took care of a wasp nest we discovered under the front porch. We would love to come back again one day!

This was a great place to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary. Everything was exactly as described. The management team was responsive and friendly.

We really loved your property, the neighborhood, and all the arrangements. We just had one problem that the address provided on the listing was wrong. After reaching there we really struggled but luckily found the right address on VRBO website.
