We loved this property and had a fantastic time!!!

Lovely location, the views were absolutely stunning. We loved sitting on the patio and watching the sunset. The house was very comfortable and we loved the setting near the lake. We enjoyed sitting on the dock as well. The house worked well for grandparents to be upstairs and adults with kids downstairs. Lots of space for everyone and the neighborhood was so peaceful. It was a close drive to restaurants, shopping, and fun activities. We recommend getting bikes and riding around the lake!

Nice remote place to stay. Everything’s in good order and clean. Significant distance to groceries and other things so bring plenty of your own supplies.

This home has a beautiful location right across the street from Lake Couerd’alene. The size of the home held 8 of us comfortably.There are three bedrooms downstairs but only one restroom. There is an extra full bath upstairs, but kind of an odd location. We really enjoyed the location of the house and could walk so many places. We thought an upgrade in kitchen pans would be great.

We had a great time! Thank you for the stay, we’ll be happy to return in the future.

The property was easy to find, had all the amenities we needed, was close to everything, was on a beautiful lake with much to do, close to CDA to do things and to Silverwood. Highly recommend as it was spacious and was a very well-maintained property. Thank you for a great experience!

Very nice property on the river. We enjoyed our long week stay. The views are incredible. We rented a boat for the week so having its own dock was perfect. We’ll definitely be back.

Great location-midway between the theme parks and downtown CDA. Fenced backyard provided a safe and fun place for our grandkids and (dog!) to play. Grandkids also loved the arcade game!
Was impressed with CDA as a vacation destination. Lots of fun activities for our group of 10 ranging in age from 3 to 70!

Comfortable home that is close to everything within walking distance. Great location for the Fourth of July and was so nice not having to worry about parking! The AC could use an upgrade…the upstairs stays warm. The ‘MIL’ has too small of beds, so we chose not to use it. The darkening shades are not darkening shades, so all rooms are kept lit from the natural light. A bit spendy overall, but it was a great week!

We had such a great stay overlooking CDA! Perfect escape with the family (young kids) with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the views. The house was as described, clean and great location to town.

The house was very clean and comfortable with modern updates. The backyard is huge and park like, enjoyed sitting out there for family time. Quiet neighborhood. Check out process was easier than other rentals, no laundry required. We checked in late at night and was a little confused that the door code was on the back door, would be helpful to include that in the check in instructions. But everything else was amazing.

The home and landscaping are beautiful. I wish I would of picked up on the fact that the basement beds were in the open. I was a little surprised when we asked for more tp we where referred to our rental agreement that stated that the paper products above what was there where our responsibility, 2 rolls of tp and 1 roll of paper towels was no where near enough for our group. Be mindful that quiet hours are not shortened on the weekends.,

Location, location, location! We absolutely loved staying here. Home is right off the city beach, park, and a short walk to downtown for your morning coffee or dinner.

We absolutely loved the City Beach House. It was perfect walking distance to Downtown and to the City Park. We had 3 toddlers with us and cannot imagine staying any where else. The kitchen was big and well equipped and fit our family perfectly. We loved gathering outside in the backyard around the fire pit just hanging out and talking and there were plenty of chairs for everyone. The front porch was a favorite spot, as well. If we ever get back to CDA this house will be our first choice.

We enjoyed our visit at Osprey Mountain Lodge. Great location! The house was roomy, comfortable and very clean. Love the decor. The lake view was amazing. We could see and hear the highway that was below.

My family and I loved this property, we had no complaints at all. There was plenty of space for the 12 of us. Will definitely be booking again in the future!!

Everything easy, clearly stated, pictures matching. Beautiful yard! Walkable to tubb hill hike, lake, restaurants, shops. No communication was needed with host. Easy in, comfortable, easy out! Great place!

My family stayed here for a week at the end of June. Please be aware there’s no A/C in the house. We managed to keep it cool in the day by keeping the doors and curtains closed when we were gone and it was fine!
My kids had a great time in the upstairs sleeping portion and they loved running up and down the dock. The kitchen had all the amenities you would need, like salt and pepper and all the utensils. The property is quiet and gorgeous. Only complain was all the beds could have been a little more comfortable.
The water within the dock is the perfect safe spot for small kids to float around!
