The house was perfect for our party of seven collegues/friends. We were able to host some “work” at the dining table, but also all have our own beds and have a lot of space to spread out and enjoy. We even had an epic nerf gun battle. The views are spectacular and this family home is really well maintained. Just a quick drive down the hill and all the Sherman Street and CDA has to offer is right there. Would absolutely recommend.

The place was absolutely beautiful and I loved the extra parking in the back. We had an amazing experience and will absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful location and space!

I highly enjoyed our stay, this beautiful house provided enough room, comfort and also activity on the rare occasions when we weren’t out hiking. All of the rooms are nicely decorated and I just loved the different room decoration themes. I have never enjoyed an Air B&B as much as I have enjoyed this one. My Son was getting married at The Willows at Wolf Lodge and this property was perfect for us to use as a home base for the venue. Even though we live locally, we didn’t want to have to drive back and forth and this was great! We also had some family from out of town and this was so much nicer than a hotel. The kitchen was well stocked and everything else was great. Would highly reccomend this property if you have functions going on in the area as its close to I-90 so easy to get anywhere.

Had a wonderful stay. The home had all that we needed. Walkable to town on a quiet street. Would definitely stay here again if we come back next year.

Perfect gorgeous home for large families or multiple families. The home is in a quiet desirable area. Sanders beach access is a short walk away. It’s a short drive to shops and resort. Everything appeared clean and uncluttered. Home is as described and I would absolutely recommend this home.

My family and I were in town for a wedding. The property was just what we needed. It was clean and spacious and the location was perfect. And the check-in process could not be easier.

The Beach Cottage was a great property in the heart of Coeur d’Alene. It is walking distance to the resort and all of the shopping/dining nearby. The property was just as described on the site and they provided everything to make the stay super comfortable. It was very clean and easy to access. I would highly recommend the Beach Cottage and any property that Vacation Rental Authority is renting.

Our stay at this home was everything we had imagined and more! The house was extremely clean and well kept. We enjoyed cooking in the large and fabulously stocked kitchen, and spending time in the cozy open-attached great room. The warmth of the fireplace and beautiful furnishings throughout the house were appreciated by all of us. So many extra touches provided for guests! And the library was an added bonus! We did not utilize the basement area, but spent plenty of time on the large deck where we were able to take in the glorious view, relaxing and enjoying the company of our dear friends. We give this a top-rate recommendation! Hilltop at Hayden Lake was our best VRBO rental experience since beginning our travel years!

Beautiful home in such a beautiful setting. It was clean, kitchen was well stocked, making it easy to cook, and the amenities were all thoroughly enjoyed. Our large family had plenty of space to relax, eat meals, and have fun together. The view off the back deck is gorgeous and it was so nice to be in such a quiet setting and only a short drive to town and tons of trails for exploring! We hope to go back again!

Our stay was lovely! The house and yard were absolutely beautiful and I am hoping to come back soon.

The rental was clean and comfortable. I loved the front porch in the morning and the back deck in the afternoon. The kitchen was clean and well stocked for all my cooking needs. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels and washcloths. I loved the step in shower. It was easy for my mom to get in and out of. The temperature was well controlled in the house. I was very happy with my stay. I would stay there again if I return.

What a wonderful week we spent at this house. It was perfect for our group of 7. We had plenty of room to spread out, including 2 complete kitchens, although we only used one of them. The beds were very comfortable and each had several pillows to choose from. Plenty of towels were provided. The views from the 2 very large decks were spectacular. We had Elk in the trees right below us one morning. Very quiet and private. I highly recommend this property!

Awesome property steps from the lake

Beautiful home, and located in a great spot with a short drive to downtown! We had a great week with beautiful views all week, would definitely stay again.

This was a beautiful home with all the little details thought of. The host was very good about communicating timely and detailed. The home is well taken care of and is in a perfect location. There are plenty of beds and showers for group or family. Weabsolutely rent again when we come back

This has been by far the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! We had our yearly family vacation here and it was perfect for family young to old! Very kid friendly which was perfect for us! Highly recommend and would come back here again!

Everything was perfect! I only couldn’t give it 100% 5 Stars because it was a very expensive stay and I feel like it didn’t need to be.
