The home is beautiful, clean and inviting and was perfect for our entire family, baby and all! The location is walking distance to a few restaurants and the river. It’s a beautiful walk. We felt very safe and met a few of the neighbors who were very friendly.

Very clean lots of room for everyone. Location was great. Seems better than last year fixed a few things. Pans and supplies mixed up and unorganized. Lids to Tupperware but no Tupperware or storage containers. Glad I brought my own this year! One king bed in bad shape no one could sleep on it. No beach towels sadly we had to take the nice fluffy white towels to beach. Kids love the bunk house and their own bathroom. Thank you for fixing the AC in there. Patio and fire pit is awesome for our group! Bbq in good shape and so nice to have. Lattice on back gate is falling off with nails sticking out. We trimmed a bush that was getting sucked into the AC on the bunk house also.

This home was an excellent find. We had three different families staying and it was perfect for our needs. The lowest floor with the two bedrooms and living space gave the one family their own space completely. Super nice benefit! We would definitely stay at Whitetail again.We had our family reunion in CDA, splitting our outside activities between McEuan Park/Tubbs Hill area and Honeysuckle Beach in Hayden so the house was in a perfect location.We did have one issue with the loft shower with the shower knob being stripped so no one could use that shower. Minor issue as the hone had two other showers to use.Thank you to our hosts for providing such a wonderful place!

The house was clean. The bunk beds were a hit with out three grand kids. It was nice not having them share a bed, which usually leads to too much playing and not enough sleep. No kids plates or cups, so you may want paper goods for young kids. TV’s in every room.

Our stay was wonderful! The house was beautiful and perfect for our family. There are a few recommendations I would like to suggest: bath mats (we left 2 there, washable like the towels) – keeps the potential for slipping down; the fan in the downstairs bedroom needs balancing as it was a little bit noisy; maybe a shower curtain for the main shower as water does splash out on the floor; it would be nice to have beach towels and maybe some family games to play. These are just suggestions not at all criticism. Thank you for making our family stay memorable!

My family and I had a fantastic time there. There was plenty of room for everybody and it was pet friendly. Lots to do in the area and the private dock in front of the home was much appreciated and everybody had a great time hanging out on it. The only drawback to the whole thing and it was not the fault of the property, was that there are quite a few stairs at a fairly steep driveway to navigate. I have bad knees and my wife has a hip replacement, which made it a little difficult at times but we made it through. Again, all in all we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and are already planning on a trip back to Hayden next year.

Such a lovely place to stay! Everything was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The host was friendly and quick to respond. We felt right at home and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We enjoyed our stay at this peaceful home. It is pretty remote, which we loved. There were large enough common areas for our family of 9 to play games and share meals. Additionally, there were quiet spaces for resting and reading. There were plenty of kitchen supplies and linens too. We appreciated the very easy check-out as well, just putting the garbage out to bins and towels to the washing machine, lights out and lock up. We definitely enjoyed our stay & give it 5 stars!

We love staying at this house (this was our 3rd summer staying here). It is spacious enough for our group of 8 (the first year) and yet still very comfortable this year as a group of 4. The downstairs is great for families with young kids. The rooms and beds are big and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. And the location is great! We absolutely love the neighborhood.The staff at Vacation Rental Authority (the host) have been great to work with. They have always been very friendly and helpful.We absolutely love this vacation home.
