Beautiful home! Had everything we needed and more. We had a wonderful time in November and would love to enjoy the area in the summer!!

Place was over and belong what I was looking for in a property. Great location and easy place to park. It felt safe and loved the grills/terrace with gas fire pit. Very cool.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The hosts were very responsive and checked in throughout our stay. It fit our group of 14 adults perfectly! Although the house is just a few minutes from town, it’s set up perfectly to where you won’t want to leave! We took advantage of the pool table, fire pit, and air hockey! Will definitely be coming back here when we visit CDA again!

This made a fantastic home base for our group’s weekend in CDA. Tremendous location just a short walk from downtown. House was very clean, well cared for, and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, etc. Beds/bedrooms all comfortable and provided plenty of space for everyone in the group. Highly recommend and we’ll certainly look to book again on our next trip to CDA!

We loved staying at your home. It had a beautiful view of the lake and in a quiet neighborhood. We loved seeing the deer and turkeys around the house and on our walks. House was very comfortable and it was stocked with all the supplies we needed for our 10 day stay. Would love to stay at the house again if our travels bring us to Coeur d’Alene again.

This condo was everything we expected and more. It was comfortable, clean, roomy and within walking distance of a number of restaurant/pub type places. The weather was perfect during our stay and the view of the river was spectacular.

Only thing that I would change is check-in isn’t until 4 o’clock and check out is at 10 AM. That is stingy on both ends.

This rental is exactly as described, in great condition and clean from top to bottom. The unit was stocked with all the necessary essentials (spices and oils, trash bags, tinfoil, soaps, and consumables) which helped us avoid another thing from the store. The large assortment of tea was a pleasant surprise. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks again.

This home was great. Stayed here for a week, the locations is absolutely perfect close to everything. The Vacation Rental Authority was very responsive! We enjoyed the cleanliness and the cozy atmosphere of the house! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great 4 bedroom house.

Amazing location with spectacular views! We sat in the front room and were able to see the resort holiday lights as well as the North Pole light display on the other side of the lake! I can only imagine how wonderful this home is in the summer as well. We will definitely be back.

The condo was perfect. The location was perfect. Unfortunately we were awakened at 7 in the morning to all the sounds of heavy equipment including lots of backup beeps. I realize that VRBO doesn’t check on nearby construction but for us it spoiled a lot of what was a great trip. We made the best of ongoing construction but will be wiser in choosing future vacation spots. When the building next door is completed, this will be the ideal spot to stay.

Quaint home in a great location. Walking distance to the lake and town. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a very updated and very nice property. Everything was new and clean. Backyard was great with the waterfall. Communication was outstanding after we checked out. Stairs a little steep for our little pups, but we blocked it. Otherwise no complaints.

Our family stayed at Lake Hayden for over a week. The home was clean and the views out the front window were beautiful. We enjoyed the private dock even in October as the weather was still nice. Our teen kids liked the downstairs “game room” with the air hockey, darts, etc. We did bring many of our own kitchen supplies because we like to cook, and this home like most we stay at, had a mish mash of supplies. Mainly, we don’t want to cook with Teflon and so we came prepared with our own knives, cookware, etc. Overall though, this home was comfortable, clean, and it was calming to look out at the water each day. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony around the gas fire pit. Be prepared for stairs, about 35 steps to reach the top/main level which was not a problem for us. You can walk across the road to enjoy the dock but if you want to hike/walk around, you would need to drive somewhere because the road along the home is too narrow to safely walk along.
