Great place, great location, plenty of condiments, I would love to stay again

We stayed with family for our brother’s Celebration of life. This property was perfectly located between our sister in law’s home and downtown. Hosts were excellent checking the property and clearing the ice before we arrived. We had 7 adults and really appreciated the 5 bedrooms and four bathrooms. Many of the CdA rentals only have 2-3 bathrooms. This was perfect for our group. The table shuffleboard was a delightful surprise and some friendly competitions were enjoyed by our family each day. We look forward to staying again!

This was a great location, as it was close to places to eat, shop, and the movie theater. It was nicely decorated with plenty of room for the four of us.

We had a wonderful time staying at this location. The condo was beautiful and well taken care of. The location was perfect for us and a short walk from Post Falls Park which was perfect for our kids. It truly was a wonderful home away from home.

Done many rentals homes over the years, this was hands down the BEST! The location, the neighborhood, the views, the views, the views….we can’t stop talking about it. House is very clean and modern. Plenty of heating options (space heater, split units, fire place, stove) we were comfortable the entire time. You can stay in and cook a full dinner or just come back from drinks and relax in the hot tub. Plenty of privacy too, family of four, kids had the downstairs and we had the upstairs at night. Waking up and seeing the view of Lake Coeur D’Alene for five mornings was amazing. It basically felt like home for five days with all the necessities and then some available.

Definitely recommend. We were 10 people from 3 families and found it PERFECT that there were gathering spaces in BOTH upstairs and downstairs so we could separate the noisy folks from the quiet folks.
The couches and beds were quite comfy, as were the pillows. The space came equipped with adequate cooking utensils and equipment; although not much in the way of pantry staples (flour, sugar, salt and basic spices).
The location and view were absolutely breathtaking and convenient to downtown CDA.

We loved the layout of the property for hosting multiple families. We loved the house so much that we ended up adding an extra day to our stay at the end of the trip. The location was convenient for skiing Silver Mountain, Lookout Pass, and Schweitzer.

Beautiful home in a perfect location. Close to downtown and right on the lake. Very clean and perfect size. Highly recommend, will definitely use again!

It was off-season and enjoyed the outside space with the view as it was peaceful.

We had no hot water at check-in but property management/owner is in CDL so they were Easy to contact and sent worker over right away-place was clean, comfy and enough bathrooms (2 full and 2 half) for families sharing the space (we had 3 adult kids, grandma and mom and Dad) need to know basis-house has stairs so all suitcases and groceries need to be carried up those outside stairs. We had 3 strong guys in group so no big deal, but may be issue for others to know

This was a perfect spot to explore. My dog and I walked down the street and hiked Tubbs Hill almost all the days we were there. Loved seeing the wild turkeys. At night, we’d walk down to town for dinner, only about 10 minutes away at one of the restaurants. It felt very safe and it was quiet too. The kitchen is well stocked and overall, it was a nice, comfortable, and cozy stay. I imagine it’s fun in the warmer months to sit in the backyard.
