A walk away for Coeur d Alene. Great house and responsive hosts.

Stayed here with our work team and it was very easy to get to, close to town. It was a great set up with two separate living rooms, comfortable deck. Would also be very well set up for family use to.

Location was perfect, close enough to walk downtown and to Rogers, which the grandkids loved. The house is older, but well cared for and charming. The outdoor space was very nice. It was in the 90’s while we were there and the window air conditioners kept it plenty cool. Our grandson loved the little alcove bed downstairs. Plenty of room for everyone.

Very peaceful location. The setup was quite unique, it is above a garage used for a business, but still very private.

This house was perfect to get together with family and adult children. We had a great time.There were two kitchens and 6 bedrooms plus 3 living rooms. Plenty of space for everyone.

This home was a great fit for our group, which included two small children. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably, and the house was clean and well-maintained. Communication for check-in and check-out was smooth and easy. We also appreciated the ample parking and the added privacy that came with the corner lot location.
That said, there are a few areas where some improvements could make the stay even better. The water pressure in the primary bathroom was extremely low, making the shower difficult to use. The kitchen was generally well-stocked, but surprisingly, there were only two coffee mugs for a house that sleeps 12. Additionally, it would have been helpful to have a few more basic essentials provided, such as soap, shampoo, and enough coffee for the first morning.
Despite these minor issues, the home’s layout, cleanliness, and location worked really well for our group, and I would absolutely consider staying here again.

We had a family reunion and the house was perfect for the get together. It is very close to downtown and the lake and is within walking distance of everything downtown. We had a wonderful time and the house was a relaxing getaway for us.

We outdid ourselves with outdoor adventures close to our Vrbo so it was a reprieve to come home to a quiet comfortable space and rest our tired family 🙂

Great home and even better than the pictures! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, spices, etc. Check in was easy and we all appreciated the amenities (sauna, hot tub, and view). It is a bit of a drive up the hill so just be prepared but the house was perfect for our group and plenty of space!

We stayed at the location after a two week road trip. It was nice and roomy and the beds very comfortable. The place was well stocked with cooking and bathing items. All the rooms had TVs available. Location was very convenient for going to the lake or Silverwood. Great find!

A little expensive but we had a large group so there weren’t many other choices.
They communicated very well and promptly.

We really enjoyed the house as a base of operations for a family vacation to Coeur d’Alene. Hiawatha trail, Silver Wood and lake days were our daytime fun; evenings were spent at the house watching the elk, deer and turkey families share the property.
