Location was perfect, close enough to walk downtown and to Rogers, which the grandkids loved. The house is older, but well cared for and charming. The outdoor space was very nice. It was in the 90’s while we were there and the window air conditioners kept it plenty cool. Our grandson loved the little alcove bed downstairs. Plenty of room for everyone.

Great home and even better than the pictures! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, spices, etc. Check in was easy and we all appreciated the amenities (sauna, hot tub, and view). It is a bit of a drive up the hill so just be prepared but the house was perfect for our group and plenty of space!

I have grown kiddos living in Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Tennessee. We all got together including my 5yr old and 2yr old grandsons. There was plenty of room for us all to have our own rooms and the home was very spacious. The view off the beautifully furnished covered deck was stunning. Loved seeing deer and elk walk through the back yard.
We look forward to a future stay!!

great little house.

We really enjoyed the house as a base of operations for a family vacation to Coeur d’Alene. Hiawatha trail, Silver Wood and lake days were our daytime fun; evenings were spent at the house watching the elk, deer and turkey families share the property.

Within walking distance to the beach and a local brewery. Great spot!

We had an excellent stay, the house was very clean and well appointed!

This home was a great fit for our group, which included two small children. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably, and the house was clean and well-maintained. Communication for check-in and check-out was smooth and easy. We also appreciated the ample parking and the added privacy that came with the corner lot location.
That said, there are a few areas where some improvements could make the stay even better. The water pressure in the primary bathroom was extremely low, making the shower difficult to use. The kitchen was generally well-stocked, but surprisingly, there were only two coffee mugs for a house that sleeps 12. Additionally, it would have been helpful to have a few more basic essentials provided, such as soap, shampoo, and enough coffee for the first morning.
Despite these minor issues, the home’s layout, cleanliness, and location worked really well for our group, and I would absolutely consider staying here again.

We stayed at the location after a two week road trip. It was nice and roomy and the beds very comfortable. The place was well stocked with cooking and bathing items. All the rooms had TVs available. Location was very convenient for going to the lake or Silverwood. Great find!

We outdid ourselves with outdoor adventures close to our Vrbo so it was a reprieve to come home to a quiet comfortable space and rest our tired family 🙂

We had a family reunion and the house was perfect for the get together. It is very close to downtown and the lake and is within walking distance of everything downtown. We had a wonderful time and the house was a relaxing getaway for us.

A little expensive but we had a large group so there weren’t many other choices.
They communicated very well and promptly.

This house was amazing our children were blown away by the music system, the cleanliness, the location very close to most amenities.
The multiple games in the house they never used their electronic gadgets which was one of the main reasons I got the home. The monopoly game and other board games was an excellent add on in this premise. This home is close to the Silverwood Theme Park 30 minutes away, which is why we had visited Idaho. The furniture was clean and well-organized utensils. The house is very spacious in a very friendly neighborhood the neighbors would greet us thus feeling safe.
I will rebook the same home if I plan to visit Idaho again. I recommend this home for families with school going kids there are activities for them. We walked drove to a beautiful park next to Coeur d’Alene, then took a cruise and it was all we wanted for our escape.

Great stay, we were short on towels but it was corrected that day. Not far from area attractions. We will hopefully return in the future.

Our stay was great! It was beautiful, quiet, and peaceful and the neighbors were friendly.
We extended our stay by an extra day. The process was easy and they were very accommodating!

Amazing for our family. We loved being in a quiet wooded area that was not too far from home. We especially enjoyed glimpses of deer and moose, and families of wild turkeys.

It was such a great place and loved the area!
