This property worked perfectly for my large family. We have five kids, 5 and under, and nine adults. This house accommodated all of us very comfortably. The location of this house could not be better. Fort Sherman park is a block away, the beach is about 3 blocks away and downtown is also a very short walk. We rarely used our cars. The house has a lovely fenced in patio. This made for a great place to gather on the warm evenings. We will definitely be coming back!

We recently stayed in this beautiful home with 2 other couples. The three bedrooms and bathrooms was so lovely. The well appointed kitchen was a joy to prepare food in and we loved the magnificent tree in the backyard! We took advantage of the great location by walking to eat lunch one day and enjoy a cold beer on the other. We would like to thank those who made our stay so memorable. I would highly recommended this home.

We enjoyed our stay very much! We would have loved to have a vacuum and a mop just because we like to leave things better then we found them but it was a great stay! Thank you for having us!

We really enjoyed this house! You cannot beat the views from every angle of this house that look over the lake. Plenty of space for all of us. I had read the other reviews, so I knew what to expect before going. The biggest thing that reviewers talk about is the access to the private dock. You have to walk down the road And cross the street to get to it. But it’s really not very far at all. The hardest part is the walk back up to the house because it is a bit of an incline. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The walk to the dock is not a big deterrent and you can always drive your car and park it along the side of the road if you prefer not to walk. Several amenities are provided for your stay as well. Detergent, trash bags, seasoning, hand soap, toilet paper, aluminum foil, and Ziploc bags. Great Homebase for exploring CDL! Super convenient location and you CANNOT beat the views! ❤️

Great little place. Very clean and new. Had everything we needed and they did a great job at that. We liked most everything about it. The only couple things I would note is there is no downstairs bathroom and it is next door to an elementary school. It was not in session so it was quiet.

My husband, myself, our two kids/their spouses, our grand dog (small golden doodle) and our 7 mo old granddaughter really enjoyed this house! There was not any “equipment” for a baby, but we just brought it ! House was clean, well-equipped, there was space/bathroom for each couple, the decks/views were amazing and while it wasn’t right in town, it was just a short distance away. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking, great yard, easy access… This house was just perfect and if we are ever back in Coeur d’Alene, I will rent here again.

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was clean and well maintained. The location was excellent! Just an easy walk to all the downtown coffee shops, restaurants, and the lake. The balcony on the master bedroom was the best place to hang out and enjoy the warm evening air and tree views. We highly recommend staying here!

The condo was gorgeous inside and out. Plenty of restaurants around, go across the bridge to a great little beach. Kitchen and house was stocked with everything we needed and then some. Would love to stay again.

What a perfect home for our family. Main house 4 bedrooms with huge master! Through courtyard is mother in law suite with 4 beds and bathroom – ideal for kids space. Perfect open space for family hang out, perfect kitchen open layout to living area. Walk thru park lovely to main lake area and restaurants only 10-15 mins. Parking in garage and behind house with helpful washer and drier! Morning coffee on front porch a must.

This house was perfect for our group of family and friends. Location is just far enough out of town but not too far. Creek was great for the hot weather we had while staying! Will stay here again.

This property was better than we expected, we loved the big yard. They had volleyball and croquet in the garage to set up. It is located in a great spot to get to groceries, restaurants, and just a short drive to the beach. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The accommodations were very nice, very clean, ample space for our group, comfortable beds, great kitchen to work in, beautiful view, quiet.
We are older and the high table and chairs in the dining and on deck were a little uncomfortable. I ended up bringing in a card table and 4 folding chairs from my home to play cards.
I thought there was a Kurig coffee maker and had purchase several pods for it; only to get there and didn’t find one (it showed in one of the pictures or list of amenities I had reviewed), but it certainly wasn’t a deal breaker😊
Overall we were all very delighted! The communication between the management and myself was expedient and helpful!

The house was clean and well appointed. The location was within walking distance of downtown and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

It was a very nice home. The rental team was responsive and kind. A better back outdoor space would’ve made it more enjoyable as being able to sit outside and eat is desirable.

Wonderful place for family

We chose this site for a work retreat to allow us time to work on some projects and it was the perfect setting to work while also enjoying a wonderful view. We found the location to be a perfect balance of a “remote” setting while only being 10+/- minutes from restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. Being able to step out onto the balcony and take in the lake views provided a great option for our team. We also found that the road leading to the home circles the hill, providing a great 5.4-mile round-the-hill walking/jogging experience.

This modern and new rental was absolutely perfect for a weekend on the lake. Close to lots of restaurants and things to do. The house exceeded our expectations and we will stay here again in the future.
