Cozy and convenient to access all things in Coeur d’Alene.

Nice place, clean and well apportioned. Would benefit from blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Quiet neighborhood, right on the edge of walking distance from downtown. Nice big backyard. A little pricey IMO for what you get, but nice.

The home is clean and very cozy. Beautiful neighborhood and I love that we have access to the garage. Only one hiccup with the smoke detectors going off but that was resolved.

This is a very cute spot with a great location. Easy to get to downtown and the lake. Pictures and description are accurate. Only would say it is a tight space so not much room for large luggage or a longer stay. Overall great place with everything
you need!

Spectacular home with gorgeous views for 14 (10 adults, 4 children) of our family members while visiting CDA for a family wedding.There are 3 family room areas plus all the bedrooms providing plenty of space for large groups. We never felt cramped & with 3 bathrooms, there was always one available when needed. The home was very clean & the beds were all comfortable. Communication was also great. I highly recommend this home for your stay!

My husband and I had a very nice stay. My parents own a condo right across the golf course and they could drive their golf cart over nightly for dinner on our deck. The area is beautiful, weather was perfect, and enjoyed the quiet and daily walks. Everything was nearly perfect. My only complaint is the alarm system “Chime” EVERYTIME any door was opened. I was told that could not be disabled, it was rather annoying for an enitre week to hear front or side door is open (everytime) someone went in/out. The condo could also use more kitchen items, there was enough very basic things but thankfully I could borrow stuff from my dad. No baking dishes and limited food serving and storage containers. Other than those minor things, the property and location are wonderful.

It was great to have the driveway to park in because it can be very hard to park on the street.

We had a family wedding in Couer d’Alene and this beautiful home overlooking Fernan Lake accommodated our 10 adult/4 children family so comfortably. I highly recommend it for your stay!

Beautiful view from the condo. Very clean

Home was very clean. Kitchen was organized and well stocked with what we needed. Water toys were a hit and the dock was amazing for fishing from and playing from. Plenty of lovely outdoor spaces for playing games, and taking in the gorgeous lake views early and late.

We loved being able to hike directly from the house. There is a great beach for kids and families across the lake.
The location was great. Only 10 minutes from the grocery store
