Overall the property was fantastic. We had a slight water pressure issue, but the rental team helped us with the issue and the outcome was sufficient. We assumed there would be shampoo and conditioner available for use, but they only provide those to get through night one- the property itself is great. The house was set up very well for our two families to stay. It had really nice options for the kiddos as far as craft area, foosball table, small kayak/paddle boards, a great fishing area.

This place is a beautiful lakeside house with great spaces to enjoy with friends! We had great times eating, cooking, swimming, and there was enough privacy to sing karaoke together right on the lake.

While the photos of this home are great, it’s impossible to do it justice! It’s really a beautiful place inside and out. The split levels make it perfect for 2 or 3 families or couples. The beds are SO COMFY! Well equipped kitchen and plenty of extra blankets and towels etc. A 3 minute walk to Sanders Beach to see beautiful sunsets or watch your grandkids play in the sand. Loved the fire pit in the beautifully landscaped backyard as well… The location is perfect. So close to anything you could possibly think of to do. Highly recommend this beautiful home!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for us and had everything we needed.

Nice kitchen and living area. The covered shaded parking was perfect for unloading everything. We really enjoyed the screen house located next to the creek. It even has carpet and nice outdoor furniture.

We loved staying at Liberty Lake! The house was very clean and comfortable. It accommodated our large extended family perfectly with enough bedrooms for all of the adult couples and it worked out perfectly for a boys room and a girls room for the teenagers.

Great house! Has everything you will need in the kitchen including a great Cuisinart Keurig coffee machine. All in all this house has fabulous views, lots of space, a kitchen fully stocked and it was so nice being within walking distance to the marina. The marina food and drink were great! A drawback was that the bedrooms upstairs need blackout shades. We were all awakened in the 4:00 am hour to the sunrise. Also, more upkeep with the spider webs on the pier is needed. We were surprised to see that only one bathroom (although very big and nice) is upstairs for three bedrooms to share the shower. But we got used to it and took turns. The only other full bathroom was downstairs, not attached to the main house. It just wasn’t convenient. It was helpful however having a half bath on the main floor. The other drawback was the internet. If you have a house full of people trying to get on the wi-fi at the same time, it just shuts down or crashes. If you have to work and are counting on the internet, it will be iffy. All in all, this house was really spacious, very clean and enjoyable! The management company is very easy to work with and responsive. We had a fabulous time!

If you’re looking for an amazing place to stay with your family and dog on Hayden Lake, this is the spot. It felt like home as soon as we stepped in. Clean, comfortable, accommodating for all ages. The private dock was so special for us as we love to swim. Close to the marina if you wanted to rent a boat and just a few minutes from town. The backyard is fenced completely, so no worries letting your dog out to go to the bathroom. Huge for us, making sure she was safe. Overall I would recommend this rental to any and all families vacationing in Northern Idaho.
The only challenge was the driveway, especially if the neighbor house has multiple vehicles there. We had to maneuver with several turns to get into the designated parking area and at one point could only back down the driveway while leaving because of the neighboring houses multiple vehicles. The only other item of note was the price, pretty expensive per night. Otherwise, great experience all the way around. Thank you.

The property was family friendly with a great view of (and access to) the lake. Host was very communicative and the place was very clean.

Absolutely loved the property. Giant yard for family BBQ and yard games. House was a great layout for our entire group of 7adults and a baby. Parking was ample and mid town location was perfect for walking downtown with lots of close by options for food, coffee and shopping. Highly recommended this property, would book again!
