Beautiful views from the entire home, very close to downtown and excellent communication

This place was amazing! Not only was it spotlessly clean, but it was well-stocked with everything you could need for a large group. With 3 individual living spaces, this is the perfect spot for a family reunion or large-group gathering. It had two full kitchens and two laundry facilities. The most spectacular thing is the outdoor space and the VIEWS! Eagles “Perch” is the perfect name for this location! From this home, take scenic walks, enjoy the deer, rabbits, and wild turkeys. Bike ride along the road – its ideallic. Highly recommend!

This place is outstanding, close to all and absolutely darling, comfortable, and I would give six stars if I could. We will make sure to stay here again in the future.

House was even better in person than in the pictures which is hard to believe. The location of the home was secluded yet still very close to the downtown area which made for the best of both worlds in Coeur d’Alene. The host was also extremely accommodating and provided great communication throughout the process. Very thankful to have found this residence which allowed for a wonderful weekend! Would recommend ten times out of ten.

Awesome little spot in Couer d’Alene! The house was clean and we had a great time cruising around on the canoe. We found out that the Spokane river was running pretty high and quickly so, be careful and wear life-jackets.

We had an excellent stay. Plenty of linens, and the kitchen was perfect!

Everyone in our group had a great time in this awesome house. Host was super communicative and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Exactly as advertised. Plenty of room for 7 people and two dogs. Fenced yard, shady outdoor seating area, great common areas, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Quiet neighborhood. Would rent again.

Fantastic property in the mountains of Idaho. Quiet location and ample room for multiple guests. We stayed here for 10 days during a business trip and were very pleased. Being able to open the windows and listen to the creek at night was wonderful.

We stayed with my 2 sisters and their families and we all enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of room for all of us to not step on each other. The kids ages 4-12 loved the lower floor with all the entertainment! The house was adorably decorated and had plenty of amenities for us to enjoy. We would definitely rent again. .

We were thrilled to be at such a beautiful condo for our 5 day vacation. Loved the view while sipping on our morning coffee. I am disabled and I managed getting around fairly well with how the furniture was placed and ofcourse it helped to have an elevator to get to the condo.

It was a great condo, perfect location and had everything you would need for a family. It was very clean and easy to access with local restaurants within walking distance. We did hiking, biking, and fishing all within the local area. The only downside is they are currently building more condos in front of this one so there is construction noise during the day. I would stay here again in the future!
