We went to CDA to golf and hang out with family. We brought our dogs and the back yard was perfect for them. The house was walking distance to town and right next to a park. There was plenty of space and even a garage.

Had a great stay! The house was in a stunning location with beautiful views and peaceful surroundings. It was super clean and had all the little touches that made us feel right at home. The only downside was the internet speed—it was pretty slow and made it hard to get much work done. But overall, a lovely spot for a getaway!

This home is cozy and comfortable. It felt like going to stay at Grandma’s house. It was clean with comfortable beds. The location is perfect if you enjoy nature. We enjoyed walks on the beach as well as walks in the park. We look forward to staying in this home again.

Property was very clean, as described in listing, we had one minor issue that was taken care of the very next day. Beautiful area, sponsor was very responsive and always got back to me in person that day or a few hours after I contacted them with general questions. Would highly recommend, it is worth your vacation time and money.

We would absolutely stay here again. The neighborhood couldn’t be better! It was walkable to all the local shops and places to eat. Our dogs loved the walk by the lake every day and had a great backyard to run around in! It was exactly what we needed! It fit 6 people and 3 dogs very comfy!

The apartment was clean and uncluttered, but not stark. The furniture was comfy and the outdoor deck space had ample seating, an excellent spot to enjoy the afternoon sun. The kitchen has pretty much everything one would need to prepare most simple meals with plenty of counter space. The bed was extremely comfy. I slept well there. We chose this location because we had family right up the street. That made all of the difference in our visit. We traveled a long way to be with them.

Really enjoyed the place, comfortable, charming, well stocked. Lot of zoomy room for our doodle in both the front and back yard. Jacuzzi was a definite plus for daily soaks after work. Would definitely stay here again. The management company was very quick to respond and followed up to make sure we were satisfied.

Beautiful home with all the amenities. Huge hot tub, gorgeous views, pool table, etc. Just wish we could have had a fire in the fireplace the day we had a thunder storm. We’d definitely do it again! 🙂

Overall, a good value. Be sure to bring your own spices as the kitchen is not stocked at all.

This home went beyond our expectations for being the place to be! The spacious kitchen that opens into the large living room, the incredible upstairs game room, the sound system that runs throughout the house… all of it made for an incredible friends getaway weekend that none of us will ever forget. Can’t wait to come back and stay again one day 😊

My family and I were able to enjoy this beautiful, new space. Slept (8) easily with an extra sleeping arrangement for (2) more if needed. Extremely clean and tidy and had all the premium amenities. Highlight was enjoying coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the large deck. The only con of this space was that it is facing the highway which can be heard at all hours of the day. Not as peaceful as (I) would prefer. Would absolutely recommend.

Our favorite home yet! Stunning view of water on a peaceful neighborhood, surrounded by lush nature. Deer and wild turkeys were a delightful highlight! The fall colors are divine. Home truthfully felt like a hug from loving grandparents.
VRA quickly arranged this home for us when our original booking elsewhere had to be canceled last minute by owners. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Five Star service, location & accommodations!

Loved, loved, loved this home! It was everything that we’d hoped for and more. Worked great for our family. Even though we were a large group, the layout of the home made it feel quite spacious. We also loved the walks and bike ride through the beautiful neighborhood. And the fall colors on the trees was a real treat. We enjoyed the park and lake, too. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much!

Great stay and amazing hosts!

The Silver Beach Retreat was awesome, exactly what we were looking for. The views were stunning, and I enjoyed drinking my coffee every morning on the deck, sitting in the rocking chair, looking at the lake.

The house was great and in a great location. There were a couple quirks to get through but after some good communication with the host, easily resolved. The river was nice to have nearby for fishing (I only caught one smallmouth but it was fun ) or watching boats, paddle boarders, etc. the location was close to plenty of food and shopping and easy to hop on the freeway for any further trips.
